When the guy arrived he looked at my car and said,oh it's going to rub putting it on the trailer and taking it off. I told him then you're not the guy I asked for I asked for someone experienced in low profile vehicles and if you tell me it's going to scrape then evidently you're inexperienced on hauling it. So that's ok,I will call the company and request for someone whose experienced. He started hollering at me saying anyone can see it's too low.I said it was never a problem the times I've had it towed before so you need to leave.He started hollering again saying if I don't what are you going to do? I told him you are being recorded by my home cameras. To sum it all up he was very rude and obnoxious when I declined his service. Well my car was towed with another company and there was no problem being put on a flatbed,and towed. I called the company (Hatch) back and filed a complaint but judging by the lack of concern she showed on the phone I doubt if there was anything done about his behavior. Don't know anything about the company but I'm pretty sure it's a good company and I know everyone's not experienced in hauling low profile vehicles but this young man not get so upset if he can't do the job,and the company should've sent a more experienced driver.

My grandkids... ages 17 ...new drivers..learning to navigate the real world had their car breakdown on them. They had gone for help and in the short time gone had their car towed by BPD (it was in a turn lane on Hwy 90...again young and had no clue) .They tried to handle it themselves but couldnt get any real answers themselves ...so i called. When i mentioned the make and model of the car he got off the chart rude and ugly with me about the calls. In my 57 years I have never been treated so unprofesssion. I did manage to get the charges from him and even the cost to tow it home for them. He again was off the chart ugly when my daughter arrived about 10 mins til 5 and was also very ill and was ...basically being pushed out the door....mind you she made it before 5..having to leave work early....no way was she sending her babies up there alone. Now there will be extra storage (which after reading other comments i understand why he wouldnt assist at 10 til 5. $$ Money that 17 year olds dont get easily as hard as they work they are just beginning in the work field and in life. Its really hard to teach them how to treat people when these are their first experiennces with the real world. I will also be calling BPD and letting them know our experience and just how unprofessional of a company they are dealing with. I dont wish this experience on any one.... especially their teenage kids trying to do the right thing !!! Its a sad world we are living in with people like this.
