I've driven past a few times and today I'm delighted that I stopped to try them out. It's breakfast o'clock and there is table service so take a seat and someone is right with you. They get it right with taking a coffee order right away, do I look like I need one? Well I did need one and lucky for everybody it was made promptly and delivered with a smile. Today I chose the Big Breaky Burger. I find it hard not to give these a try everywhere. I noted on the menu some additional ingredients that you won't typically see. This burger was clearly of a higher class. When it arrived (which was surprisingly quick, I guess they are quiet today, but awesome) the presentation was pretty eye catching. I blurted our something stupid and incomprehensible to the waitress. What I meant to say was "that looks awesome" and "thank you". Let's cut to the juice. The coffee is great, smooth with no bitterness! The bacon is delicious, maybe a light smokey flavour and crisped to perfection. The burger is made on a fluffy brioche bun as it should be. The avocado was generous and had a slight lemon flavour like they cared for it delicately begins the scenes. I love this place after one visit! I'll be back, and I'll bring other people. We settled on an assortment of small sweet bars as well as some lattes (Prana Chai and Magic) and everything turned out great. Well, maybe except for the Prana Chai which was kinda bland, surprisingly. The drink seemed to be made up almost entirely of milk with none of the spices and flavors that you'd expect from a Chai latte. At least my Magic Latte was great; the milk was so dang creamy - straight up wizardry. Other than that, the sweets were delectable and big enough to share but not so big that you're looking for to-go boxes. All the Thirtyfold employees were super friendly too, all eager to answer questions from a bumbling tourist like me. Overall, Thirtyfold is an easy recommendation for a relaxed coffee date, a quick sugar fix, or a weekend brunch.

The coffee (Picollo) was perfectly done and the Hot Chocolate was dark and hot. The Vegemite and Cheese Pie (a take on a traditional scroll) was amazing... I didn't order it but stole from the plate next to mine. Two of us ordered the Mahumsor breakfast for a bit of a change from standard bacon and eggs and found it was so tasty we were eating too quickly! There are a lot of bakery goods to come back for and we will definitely be back for brunch. Stop by... it's new but could definitely do with more business. Nice and quiet on Saturday morning.

I have heard that their service is usually off putting, however our waitress was efficient and friendly. This cafe seems to have a lot going on. Cafe and coffee, lunch, dinner, Friday night life music so I feel I only experienced a little of what they have to offer. The manager looked at her and said "yea, that's how our bread is here." She looked like she could care less about the my partners plate of food. The manager took the plate and shortly returned with two new eggs on the exact same burger bun, which at this point was soggy. (same small bite missing out of the top too) My partner manages a 5 star restaurant back in the US and was shocked that this is how a restaurant manager would handle someone's meal concerns. She didn't eat the food. I proceeded to go to the counter to tell them how terrible this experience was & how this wouldn't happen in America, to which the manager scowled back "then you should go back to your own country!"
