It's been a month since I bought my car from them, a week after buying it the car turned on the engine light, throttle and some other lights in the dashboard... it took me three weeks to get them to answer and I decided to bring the car back, they had the car for 4/5 days and according to them and the paperwork I requested that was never sent to me, the car was in perfect condition and they did the maintenance and oil change that was not done before I bought the car... guess what!!! 1 day after bringing the car back home, all lights are on again, it's been the worst month in my life, trying to get in touch with them or trying to get any help. I closed my deal with Evan, but then Chris stated he's the one who runs this place and I should communicate with him to get things done, NO COMMUNICATION HAPPENS WHATSOEVER!!! I have called mostly EVERY DAY for the past month and all I get is "I'll have him call you" but no one cares to reach back... DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND ONCE YOU SIGN OFF YOUR "deal" FORGET IT, you're on your own. It breaks my heart that I bought my first car from them, it was my dreamed car (Alfa Romeo Stelvio) and I finally had the credit and state to get it but If I could take it back, I WOULD DEFINITELY DO SO!!!! My experience has been ATROCIOUS, HORRENDUS, DREADFUL and soooo time consuming!!!!! The worst place ever, READ the reviews and believe the words of the clients, costumers, consumers... But I kept refreshing on car gurus and found this vehicle. I had gone to multiple dealerships where They had a price listed but then when I was the price, it was $3000 more somehow... Not here, Riccie was fair and allowed me anytime because I was the first one so when he knew that I was interested he held the Vehicle for me. The vehicle is in Massapequa New York so I needed a little bit of time since I live in Bergen County, New Jersey, which is about an hour and a half away with traffic. It was about two hours. He was very communicative about the whole process and how to get everything set up beforehand in case I decided to take the vehicle so that way it will be a quick transaction and I was not obligated to take the vehicle if I decided against it. I had a wonderful experience. The car was detailed beautifully. He was 100% true to price. The price he had listed was the price I went home at and since I'm out of state I will go to the DMV myself which is fine. He helped me get my enterprise vehicle to enterprise and then sent a car to pick me up. Overall, I was really pleasantly surprised that I absolutely loved the car to drive down get in the car during the test I'd be allowed to have that time with the car to feel how I felt and I opened every window and everyone doors and everything used each car was awesome When my car was totaled, I was so afraid that I was not at the front a car that was as nice since I had just spent 15,000 on it last year and insurance never gives you the same amount but I found a car that I honestly think is nicer and although it had a little bit more miles like by 10,000 maybe this brand will last longer than the car I had and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Richie !

I recently moved to the area and this is now my local Kia dealership. I guess now with it getting warmer the plastic/rubber expanded and it was getting stuck and i was physically getting stuck in my car 8 months pregnant having to climb out another door. I brought here and they treated me incredibly. I was really nervous due to my previous experience but they really went as above and beyond as possible. Technically they didnt even have to fix the issue as it was done by the previous dealership but they did with no problems and no cost to me. I'm so impressed and so happy that I have a reliable team to work with when it comes to service. They are all so personable and nice, the names i specifically remember were Ryan and Michael but honestly the whole team was incredible. Highly Recommend!

He just said something like "the machine is down"... we are fixing it... rebooting it... I still waited another 20 mins then I got up and again went to his office to complaint. As I was talking to Vinny , this guy Miami comes to tell me to shut up.... like he owns the business or as if he had answers for my problem. No one invited you to this conversation! Vinny has no caliber to be a Manager, He was not aware that the machine was down. He never got up from his chair or invited me into his office to discuss the issue. He shout everything from his comfortable chair. Someone could've come to me as soon as I walked in that morning and said the machine was down and offer solutions. No one did. I found out the hard way after 1hr and 20 mins. I asked for my car key and took my business somewhere else. It's very unfortunate... such poor customer service.... Even the guy that checks in cars Miami came to make a scene and scream at me, been so disrespectful... and this is all in front of Vinny, the Customer Service Manager !!!! We've been buying KIA's since 1999... and this is by far the worst experience. Hope the owners take notice and most importantly all potential customers out there... If they knew the machine was down prior to 930am , they could've call me and reschedule, but no, they had me there seating down for 1hr and 20 mins before I got up. Shame! shame on Vinny and his poor management skills...
