It's been a month since I bought my car from them, a week after buying it the car turned on the engine light, throttle and some other lights in the dashboard... it took me three weeks to get them to answer and I decided to bring the car back, they had the car for 4/5 days and according to them and the paperwork I requested that was never sent to me, the car was in perfect condition and they did the maintenance and oil change that was not done before I bought the car... guess what!!! 1 day after bringing the car back home, all lights are on again, it's been the worst month in my life, trying to get in touch with them or trying to get any help. I closed my deal with Evan, but then Chris stated he's the one who runs this place and I should communicate with him to get things done, NO COMMUNICATION HAPPENS WHATSOEVER!!! I have called mostly EVERY DAY for the past month and all I get is "I'll have him call you" but no one cares to reach back... DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND ONCE YOU SIGN OFF YOUR "deal" FORGET IT, you're on your own. It breaks my heart that I bought my first car from them, it was my dreamed car (Alfa Romeo Stelvio) and I finally had the credit and state to get it but If I could take it back, I WOULD DEFINITELY DO SO!!!! My experience has been ATROCIOUS, HORRENDUS, DREADFUL and soooo time consuming!!!!! The worst place ever, READ the reviews and believe the words of the clients, costumers, consumers... In late February 2026 I had an oil change and they came back to me with recommendations that would have cost me nearly $2,400. Even though I had just purchased my Mercedes as part of their Certified Pre-Ownef program. It took nearly 2 hours for what was a simple oil change. Part of that cost was for 2 new front tires, which I agreed to. That was on 3/3/26. I have my front driver's side tire losing air consistently and texted 2 different people regarding any recourse that I may have, being that it has only been 5 weeks ago since the tires were installed. Not a peep from anyone at this dealership. I really have no use for businesses that are reactive rather than proactive when it comes to customer satisfaction. Before retiring last May, I worked in sales and customer service for approximately 30 years. I would never consider leaving a customer hanging. At the very least, I would acknowledge their concerns if I didn't have an immediate answer to their concerns. I purchased a new tire myself and will have my local mechanic install it when it arrives today. I will never return to Mercedes Benz of Massapequa.

I have a written contract from this dealership that explicitly states I am entitled to free oil changes and tire rotations for at least two years of my lease, and the paperwork clearly notes that this applies to all Nissan dealerships. Despite this, I am now being told that they will not honor the agreement because the dealership is under "new ownership." That is unacceptable. A signed contract does not disappear because ownership changes. I have been given the runaround, transferred from person to person, and treated as though my documentation doesn't matter--when it absolutely does. This is not an isolated issue either. My husband previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership that turned out to be a lemon, which makes this ongoing situation even more frustrating. No matter who owns the dealership, the pattern of poor service and refusal to take responsibility continues. Customers should not have to fight to have written agreements honored. If you are considering leasing or buying from this dealership, make sure you are prepared to defend your contract--because apparently they won't.

For weeks, they claimed they were 'backed up' and it would take a couple of days to even get to my car. All my car needed was to simply replace a loose cover part underneath it. In September, I went away for vacation for over a week - I confirmed multiple times with the service center that I could leave my car here and pick it up on Saturday (I returned on a Friday evening), and they would provide the receipt and keys to Audi. During the week of vacation, I was never called, never notified of the car being serviced, which I figured might be due to the fact I was in another country. The Saturday after I returned, I called Audi, and go figure they NEVER received the keys or any information regarding my car from Volkswagen service, so I had to rideshare the entire weekend and that Monday morning. On Monday morning, I arrived to the service center before work - they had NO information on work done on my car, no bill of labor, materials, etc. in which the lady at the counter said 'they probably just patched it up and reattached the part'. Does this sound like a disorganized mess yet? I checked underneath my car, and they did NO work on it for the entirety of OVER A WEEK. This service center is an absolute disorganized mess, they could care less about actually servicing your vehicle, and this was quite literally the simplest fix that needed to be made to my car which they couldn't even perform. There's no communication to the customer, and seemingly within their own office/departments. What a joke. I'm complaining to Volkswagen and beyond pissed I wasted my time with this service center. If you're coming here for proximity or convenience, just go somewhere else because you'll actually get the help you need for your car. Would give 0/5 if I could

I have been a VW owner for well over ten years and have always dealt with Legend VW in Amityville…read morewith no issues, until now. My current VW is a 2023 and I have had nothing but issues with Legend VW service department. The radio in the car has been independently turning on and off and losing connection since the beginning of the lease. I have brought this to the attention of the service department several times and it was always stated that no issues were found. Three months ago, the blue tooth stopped working and the car was brough in for service. I was told that carplay needed to be replaced and the part was to be ordered. When I got home, I noticed that the door lock was not working, I reached out to let them know and they thought the key may need to be programed. I was also told I would receive a call when the carplay part arrived. Over 3 and half weeks later, no call. I reached out and the part was there. They took my car in for the carplay and for the key to be reprogrammed. The service manager, Danny reached out at 3pm to let me know that the carplay was done and the car would be ready at 4pm for pick up. I arrived at VW at 4:15 and was told that the key lock was not from the remote and another door handle needed to be ordered and replaced. He stated that the door handle would need to be painted prior to it being installed and they would call me when the part came in. I waited another 20 minutes for my car and was informed that it had not been washed yet, I could wait or take it. I took the car and Danny stated we owe you a car wash. Two weeks later, no call for the door handle and I reach out. The part was in. I scheduled to drop off the following week and asked if they would have my car for the day, and she said yes. I asked that if it was to be more than a day, I would get me a loaner car. I drop off on my scheduled day and a different service manager, Claudine, was asking me if the part needed to be painted. I told her what Danny had stated, and she said OK and I left. Ten minutes later she calls to say the part was not painted and I could come get the car or leave it overnight and they would have it painted and done the next day. I left the car, since I had no ride. I call the next day at 1:30pm and again at 3:30 pm. No response. I get a ride to VW at 4:15 and Claudine informs me that the tech had an issue with the part, that it was dropped and he couldn't finish. She also stated this is a warranty job and they don't pay much. Claudine states they need to order a new part, and it would be done the following day. They have no loaner cars, and I am stuck finding transportation again. I call the following morning and ask the status, and Claudine says the car will be ready at 12pm. Ten minutes later she calls back to tell me that they didn't know they needed to order a module for it and they can give me a loaner car by 12pm. They don't have time to service the loaner but will wash it. I arrive at 12:15 and the car is filthy and no service. I leave with the loaner. Three days later at 3pm Claudine calls to tell me the car is ready and they are leaving for the day. They left my keys in the car for me. I get the car and my car is filthy. So much for the owed car wash! The service department at Legend lies, is incompetent and untrustworthy. BEWARE!!!

But I kept refreshing on car gurus and found this vehicle. I had gone to multiple dealerships where They had a price listed but then when I was the price, it was $3000 more somehow... Not here, Riccie was fair and allowed me anytime because I was the first one so when he knew that I was interested he held the Vehicle for me. The vehicle is in Massapequa New York so I needed a little bit of time since I live in Bergen County, New Jersey, which is about an hour and a half away with traffic. It was about two hours. He was very communicative about the whole process and how to get everything set up beforehand in case I decided to take the vehicle so that way it will be a quick transaction and I was not obligated to take the vehicle if I decided against it. I had a wonderful experience. The car was detailed beautifully. He was 100% true to price. The price he had listed was the price I went home at and since I'm out of state I will go to the DMV myself which is fine. He helped me get my enterprise vehicle to enterprise and then sent a car to pick me up. Overall, I was really pleasantly surprised that I absolutely loved the car to drive down get in the car during the test I'd be allowed to have that time with the car to feel how I felt and I opened every window and everyone doors and everything used each car was awesome When my car was totaled, I was so afraid that I was not at the front a car that was as nice since I had just spent 15,000 on it last year and insurance never gives you the same amount but I found a car that I honestly think is nicer and although it had a little bit more miles like by 10,000 maybe this brand will last longer than the car I had and I couldn't be happier. I was thinking to myself. Why do I drive 20 miles every 3 months to go here when I'm not even 100%…read moresure they do what I am really paying them for? For example, the garage is hidden from the customers all the way to the back and no one really knows if they are performing schedule maintenance to your vehicle as they should, unless something is wrong with your car where they have no choice but to fix it. Or, if they are honestly showing you what is really wrong with your vehicle. They could tell you anything, who's knows if they are telling the truth or not? What made me skeptical about this was. I visited a place in my neighborhood for an oil change only because I forgot to make an appointment at Lexus and they were refusing to allow me to come in last minute, which is understood, even if its for something as small as an oil change and left me no choice but to go somewhere else. Talk about having a sound business head. In any-case, the move turned out to my work in my benefit and boy, did it...... Not only was it cheaper, and,,,, with the same oil (synthetic, mobile-1 from the can not the recycle one) after the mechanic took off my old oil filter the first question was, when last did I change the oil? Mind you, I change my oil every 3 months (as stated above) whether I use the car often or not I change it frequently as its the blood of your engine and all measures must be taken to make sure your car is lubed right. If I hadn't seen the filter and the old oil myself, I would have felt it was a hustle. To my amazement, it was in really bad shape. The filter and oil were the color of my tires, I regretted that I did not take some photos to post them. I ended up having had to flush my engine and now the car works like it had just came out of the show room. When I check the dip stick, you can't even see if there's oil, that's how clear it is. The mechanic even top off the rest of my fluids, like windscreen washer, break and power steering fluids (which ever was low, btw) and I got my free car wash and a gas treatment on top of that. He blew out my air filter and advised me it that I will need replace it on my next visit and what made it nice, I was allowed to be close to my car (within safety limits) to see them preform all what was paid for and more. Guys, just be-careful going to places where you cannot see them work on your vehicle. You are taking a big chance. Guys, I am now saying Lexus does not perform the job, but having your car worked on behind close doors there are not guarantees they are doing what you are actually paying them for. For example, my low tire censor keeps coming on and I paid Lexus to have them fix it and remove the light from the dash. Mr Eric Cabral made sure and charged me $60 bucks to have this done every-time I visit them. He said the tire stem censor was bad and despite the part only being $10 bucks, labor cost me $50 and a week later the light came back on !!!!!!!!!!! What's funny is, when I visited the new place (as stated above) to change my oil, I told the mechanic guy to check all the tire pressure and reset the lights on the dash for me. Guess what, after he inflated air in the tire that needed it, the light automatically came off. And if you don't believe me, try it yourself. Another thing, I had to change my battery in my remote, and the battery cost $5 bucks and the labour was $50. If I was told it would have been so much, I would have done it myself. I just shook my head. This is to show you that the dealers are a total rip-off and are here to make money on you and really do not have you in their best interest. They want to make sure they keep you coming back until they could con you into purchasing a new car. Don't be fooled by the free coffee and half way car wash. Explore your options. And asked them why your extended warrantee does not cover your maintenance or even part. Why pay $3,000 dollars for extended warrantees to change a part that may cost $80 bucks, not to mention, if your car is relatively new, you are guaranteed 3-years without anything going wrong, hence the reason their warrantee is only valid for 3-years at a time. Asked them, if you do not use your extended warrantee you paid for if your could get back a least $50% and see what they would say. I can assure you one thing from this learning experience. It would be a miracle if I do any service where I cannot see work actually being done to my vehicle. Even if it's through a glass window, I wouldn't mind. I believe in great service.
