Online it said they were open till 7. The store looked so dark and the open sign wasn't on. But I walked up to the door to see if maybe they closed early. I was happy to know they were open! I was instantly greeted by a sweet employee behind the counter. He asked me what he could do for me. I told him I needed copies made. I pointed to the copy machines and told me to take my time. I thought that was really nice of him. I got my debit card squared away on the machine and purchased 10 dollars worth of copies. I didn't quite know how to work the copier so I asked the nice gentleman for help. He came over, guided me and helped me with my first set of tax papers. He also informed me about the paper clips, staple and other office supplies that were available for me if I needed them. I worked my way down to the last 2 stacks of taxes, got them paper clipped and into my trusty manilla envelope. It was a lot faster than I imagined, getting my task completed. It was great having everything I needed all in one area. I thanked the nice man for his help and made my way out of the door. I appreciate this employee's kindness and patience. When my wife and I first heard that uniforms would be issued, i thought it would be handled by the school but they decided to let a local small business, Bryant Ideas handle the uniform process. I ordered via their website and they sent me a text message when the shirts were ready. Bryant Ideas is conveniently located in Meridian on Locus Grove and Fairview. They are close to the Yogurt place. The staff is very friendly and professional and I wanted to highlight this in the review. I'm not perfect and definitely prone to error more times than I care to admit and in this case, I ordered Medium for our son not thinking that I should have asked if it would Adult Medium or Youth Medium. They arrived Adult Medium and they wore like a dress on our son. I spoke to one of the young ladies and she apologized when it was not their error and passed me to the manager. I spoke to her and she said to bring in what we had so we can figure out what we can do. Several of the young ladies worked so hard to find Adult Smalls for our son and even helped him find some space where he could try on the hoodies and the shirts. I was very impressed! The Adult Smalls were a lot better and I was more than willing to accept what they had and call it a day. They took the time to make sure that the amount paid was equal to what I was ordering and when it was all said it done, we were owed four dollars. WOW! Even though Bryant Ideas does do shirt printing they do a lot of different marketing and signage. Whether your business needs sticky notes, pens, signage, etc.. They have it and they are more than willing to work with you. I was very impressed with their professionalism and friendly can do attitude. If you own a small business need some advertising ideas or need to bring your business to life, please feel free to give Bryant Ideas a call. Let them shine light on your business.
