I highly recommend A&J for all of your plumbing needs. Tony is the real deal!

I've lived in the Manchester area for ~ 6 years now and have used Pro Plumbing before, with varying…read moreresults. However, this last time I fear is my last. We had a clog that was impacting our bath, dishwasher and kitchen sink. We called them in seeing if they could possibly unclog. They were unable. I'll be honest in I'm unsure if this is due to them or the previous people who I suspect also did incorrect work. Instead of admitting this, they continued going forward with different actions. They couldn't fix the drain and so put a ton of silicone down it (and all over the base of the tub without cleaning up) and said "I can't tell you it won't leak" Which is, obviously, upsetting and means that the tub is still unusable. The next plumber assured us it is definitely leaking under the tub now. They then tried quoting us $3,000 to fix it. We denied this and went with a different plumber, who unclogged the line in less than 30 minutes for $250. So now we have a functional kitchen sink and dishwasher, but an unusable tub due to the pro plumbing plus service. The new plumber also quoted less than a $1000 to fix the now messed up tub. To note: They didn't charge us anything. We usually get a visit fee of "we looked at it" so I'm unsure if they knew they had messed it up or what.

After he was done this past time he told me I'd have to replace my sewer line in the future. It wasn't for him to get additional work, it was a warning so I was prepared for the inevitable. When I thought I needed to replace the kitchen faucet he saved me money after telling me he could rebuild the existing one and it works like new. I can't thank Wayne enough for his quality work, fast response and most of all his honesty. He is so a nice man and his prices are extremely fair. From the moment he walked in my door for the first time it was very clear his first and main priority is the customer and fixing the problem. I'm a repeat customer and Wayne is the only plumber I will ever use. Thank you for everything Wayne. I appreciate everything you have done for me. Joe Mintz
