We had a clog that was impacting our bath, dishwasher and kitchen sink. We called them in seeing if they could possibly unclog. They were unable. I'll be honest in I'm unsure if this is due to them or the previous people who I suspect also did incorrect work. Instead of admitting this, they continued going forward with different actions. They couldn't fix the drain and so put a ton of silicone down it (and all over the base of the tub without cleaning up) and said "I can't tell you it won't leak" Which is, obviously, upsetting and means that the tub is still unusable. The next plumber assured us it is definitely leaking under the tub now. They then tried quoting us $3,000 to fix it. We denied this and went with a different plumber, who unclogged the line in less than 30 minutes for $250. So now we have a functional kitchen sink and dishwasher, but an unusable tub due to the pro plumbing plus service. The new plumber also quoted less than a $1000 to fix the now messed up tub. To note: They didn't charge us anything. We usually get a visit fee of "we looked at it" so I'm unsure if they knew they had messed it up or what.

LIAR, THIEF, POOR ETHICS,Unprofessional, even rude at times. They never once showed up when they…read moresaid they would...including the initial appointment, nor would they call to say as such. Upon follow up they would offer multiple excuses and no apologies. Just for the first appointment they called to cancel and reschedule for the following day and then the day after that, and so on. Obviously not 24hrs as advertised. Finally, over a week later they sent one plumber out who arrived at 7pm with no parts!! I found it strange that the plumber was giving me a list of unfamiliar supplies and said I needed to go to Home Depot and retrieve. It was 7pm, Home Depot closes at 8pm, it was a little stressful especially since I was unaware that this would be required of me and would be in addition to the quote given. Unfortunately, the 2nd part of the job being a water heater install had to be rescheduled as it had not arrived yet. At this point the complete job had already been paid for and of course at 11pm when the plumber was leaving there were no means to offer a refund on the 2nd part. After sharing that I was uncomfortable with this, I had to ask for a receipt and requested the notation that the water heater installation was paid for and the need for them to return and complete the job once it had arrived. Soon there after I spent another two weeks of the owner Steven Mullins continuously putting me off, not taking my calls, scheduling multiple appointment times of which he never showed up nor called. He would hang up right after answering the call, or let it go to a voice mail that was not set up (what business owner does that??). So now, I've been completely blown off, my money taken and an incomplete job in which I will have to pay someone else to do.
