I've lived in the Manchester area for ~ 6 years now and have used Pro Plumbing before, with varying…read moreresults. However, this last time I fear is my last. We had a clog that was impacting our bath, dishwasher and kitchen sink. We called them in seeing if they could possibly unclog. They were unable. I'll be honest in I'm unsure if this is due to them or the previous people who I suspect also did incorrect work. Instead of admitting this, they continued going forward with different actions. They couldn't fix the drain and so put a ton of silicone down it (and all over the base of the tub without cleaning up) and said "I can't tell you it won't leak" Which is, obviously, upsetting and means that the tub is still unusable. The next plumber assured us it is definitely leaking under the tub now. They then tried quoting us $3,000 to fix it. We denied this and went with a different plumber, who unclogged the line in less than 30 minutes for $250. So now we have a functional kitchen sink and dishwasher, but an unusable tub due to the pro plumbing plus service. The new plumber also quoted less than a $1000 to fix the now messed up tub. To note: They didn't charge us anything. We usually get a visit fee of "we looked at it" so I'm unsure if they knew they had messed it up or what.

The Tullahoma number hangs up on you as soon as it gets through the "Your call might be recorded" message. 2. The main number for the Murfreesboro office doesn't have anyone answering the phone 3. The online chat to get in touch with someone has no agents manning it and all of the chats end with no response 4. Their physical office, despite saying they are open 7:30AM to 4:30PM on Sundays, is closed and locked and no one is there. Do not depend on Roscoe Brown because their "repairs" last barely two week and then they will NOT respond to you in an emergency. Use literally ANYONE else.
