When I thought I needed to replace the kitchen faucet he saved me money after telling me he could rebuild the existing one and it works like new. They came on time and the two guys were very nice and explained what needed to be done . Gave me an idea for an easy fix and check my chimney on the roof as well . The visit is usually 150 if they need to do work but the didn't need to do anything so the visit was 75 for me . They gave mean estimate for sealing the rock on the roof but was a bit out of my budget at this moment in time , so I declined it .
