We called up there and the guy that answered said give us 20 and we will be there. They met us let us get to our car and get my wallet and some things. While on vacation the insurance wanted to get it moved to a lot. We had not finished cleaning it out. We called them and asked if they could do a sweep of it and get important things. They were like sure no problem. We got back and finished the paperwork. We went to make sure everything was out. There was nothing that we had to grab. We drove out to PK not only did they get all the important things, they also pulled our plate for us, which sometimes get lost in or on the way to lot. They are very responsive and nice people. In the bad situation it was a relief to have a caring team that helped. Even suggested a lot and said they would keep an eye out for us!

He was rude to my young daughter and very rude to me when he arrived with the car at my house. I was a little surprised because the folks back at the shop that I have done business with were always very easy to deal with. I called the dispatcher to find out why he was demanding payment rather than billing through my insurance Roadside Assistance. Ironically, our house was actually on the way back to the shop and even closer than to the shop. I was told that I had to pay him because the shop could not take payment. Then I was charged a 6% fee for using a card. I will not ever use or recommend this tow service. I will have to rethink using the shop as well if this is the way they do business. I have never had service like this from any other tow company. Horrible experience.

The strangest repair that we had done was fixing a side view mirror that had been knocked off by a kamikaze raven in New Mexico. After reviewing the chip, they said that they could take care of it within an hour. It took about 40 minutes. The repair was completed so well that I could not tell where the chip had been. Six months after the service was performed, I received a call from the owner threatening collections. When I called, the receptionist alerted me that there would be a late fee applied, to which I was pretty frustrated. LITERALLY NO CONTACT had been made with me for six months and my replies to their phone contact were instant. They threatened first with collections and then with a lien on my property before even having a conversation with me...terrible business practice. After giving my information to the receptionist, it turns out that the zip code they were trying to run through the credit card machine was wrong. Had they called with a different attitude instead of threats, then the whole threatening process could have been avoided. I understand the need to hard ball people who haven't paid, but without warning and/or communication? Ridiculous. I will be looking for another carpet cleaning company the next time I need service.

I didn't think I had time to do it, and I didn't want it to die again on their lot. They came to my house (in town), helped me jump it, and took it to get cleaned. They said they would charge it up while they cleaned. Way over and beyond expectations, they definitely have a returning customer with me.
