Said he would call the finance company and call me back soon. So I gave him all my info. That was last Friday, 10/22/21. I called him back the following Tuesday (10/26/21) and by this time I am into my grace period for lease payoff. He said he was "too busy to assist (me) because it was the end of the month and he had too many customers". So now I am needing to find a different dealership to handle this payoff before the grace period runs out the 29th (closer to the end of the month) and needless to say, I'm mad.

We have had three of our cars worked on there, and each repair was completed well. The strangest repair that we had done was fixing a side view mirror that had been knocked off by a kamikaze raven in New Mexico. Our insurance agent thought that it would cost several hundred dollars to repair. I am sure that it would have at any other garage. Tim used his knowledge of cars, creativity, and the existing mirror to effect a great repair. The mirror works perfectly! He was rude to my young daughter and very rude to me when he arrived with the car at my house. I was a little surprised because the folks back at the shop that I have done business with were always very easy to deal with. I called the dispatcher to find out why he was demanding payment rather than billing through my insurance Roadside Assistance. Ironically, our house was actually on the way back to the shop and even closer than to the shop. I was told that I had to pay him because the shop could not take payment. Then I was charged a 6% fee for using a card. I will not ever use or recommend this tow service. I will have to rethink using the shop as well if this is the way they do business. I have never had service like this from any other tow company. Horrible experience.
