Paid $40 to the Bidrl in Roseville for what I thought was a $70 game (street fighter 6 for the PS5) as that was the case pictured, however it was $5 game (street fighter 5 for the PS4) inside the case. Bidrl told me to go F*** myself as far as return goes as they did also picture the disc 5 small photos deep in the listing. I should have examined the listing better but I still think this is shady AF

I won this for exactly $101.00!!! Brand new! Immaculate condition! Tags were still attached!

This place is AMAZING! I have been bidding with this place for a couple years now. AT FIRST I was upset with how bids are done on this website. But then I understood that it's an auction. True auction! Be careful!! It gets addicting! My latest purchase; I won on 2 separate bids, 2 - Ashley Signature Design couches. Sofa and love seat. Sofa runs for $900 ON SALE! And love seat runs for $700 ON SALE! I GOT BOTH FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF $273.00!!! Thank you RL Liquidators for giving this family the chance to purchase items that we would NEVER be able to purchase at retail! Keep on and BID ON!!!

BIDRL Brand new couch only $57!

Great discounts. You can find things at a 50-70 percent discount. A variety of business furniture and odd things.

Expensive damaged junk! Most of the items are damaged or used, or missing pieces. Los of postings are dishonest!

Here's the short version - If you and or your family find yourself in need of an Estate Liquidator,…read moredon't waste your time interviewing anyone else but Susanna Burns. She and her team are professional, they know how to set up an Estate sale to make it appealing to your eye, they market well, they know how to price, and they do what they say they will do within the timeframes given. We could not have been happier with the job they did for us. Long version - After my mother passed away, we were faced with the daunting task of cleaning out her house and preparing it for sale. We began by obtaining a dumpster and disposing of many, many, items that we deemed to have no value and be worthless. MISTAKE. Susanna could have sold much of what we disposed of and probably saved us some on the dump fees. I was amazed at what people will buy. When we interviewed Susanna she arrived on time, was dressed professionally, and came prepared with her insurance certificate, business license, a bond, and references. She explained the whole process to us (from discovering what is in the house all the way through final cleanup). After we selected her team, we discussed timing of the process and the sale. She had some very smart insight about timing, in that the sale should be long enough past Christmas that people feel like they have some spending money in their pocket again. Once they got to work, her associate Eddie took the lead is setting up the sale. They grouped items intelligently, attractively, and appropriately. Their staging of items conveys to buyers that the sale is professionally run. They priced everything in the sale, even brought in an outsider to value the art that my mother had collected over the years (sadly none were Rembrandts ). Once the sale was complete, they disposed of everything that had not sold (as they said they would), and turned over an empty vacuumed house ready to start the real estate sale process. Throughout the process Susanna and Eddie kept us informed and apprised of the whole process. My siblings and I were very happy with the whole process and the results. Since our sale, I have had the opportunity to attend estate sales put on by other companies. Dare I say they don't come close to representing an estate the way Susanna and her team do. Like I said at the beginning, don't waste your time interviewing anyone other than Burns Estate Liquidators. You will end up hiring BEL anyways.

This has to be the most expensive estate sale company in town. I was appalled! $6 for 1 placemat!…read moreSeriously, the half price day was still way too high. I'm guessing they have a "not sold" contingency that helps the bottom line. Don't bother, unless you're willing to pay Chairish.com prices at an estate sale. The items I wanted, I was sure, couldn't really be $6 each for a placemat. Additionally they weren't intact, but were unique. I decided, if that was the case, at half off it's about what I might pay at a normal estate sale. I asked the person taking money in the garage if $6 was the price per mat even with flaws. She discounted to $5 then half off which still falls above your previous claim. It was eye opening to see the level of price gouging. I had been told "Burns is the most expensive in town, which is why they get the high-end (greediest) clients" So, say what you want, I came, I saw, I reported. Looks to me like you are trying to rationalize something away that you know to be true. I repeat, I won't be back and I would discourage anyone else from attending your sales. Good luck to you.

I've bid on several lots and multiple dates most with no problems but the latest one required that…read moreI travel 180 mile to pick up the lots that I won. After arriving I was informed that the most valuable lot that I had won was removed because of damages it was faucets and they were unopened so I question the damage then I was told they were missing. Only their employees have access to the items so they remove items that they want after you win them and just refund you this is theft of your items made to pay immediately. I will avoid any more purchases from them and know that they have a shady operation!!!

Looking for a deal? West Auctions is the wrong place. Years ago you could find some used tools at…read morehalf the price but it's a different story in 2023. Items start at $5 and shoot up to 60%-75% of the new retail value before the bidding closes. Paying $60 for a $100 board is a deal...not so fast. Then you pay their premium of 15% and tax of 10%. After adding in 25% ($15) your paying $75. Now you have to get that board. West Auctions is located in Woodland Ca. but pick-up locations are usually where the seller was located which means anywhere from Cresent City to San Diego so, add in some transportation cost. $75+ You must remove the item you won by appointment during a 3-4 day window they provide. If you fail to remove the item...you lose. All items won are immediately charged to the required credit card seconds after the auction closed, so it was yours, then you abandoned it, and then, it's not yours? So adding in the risk of loss, new cost $75++. You jumped through the hoops...you have a truck to transport from the location on the appointment day and time. And when you are finally united with the $100 board that cost you $75++ be prepared for the letdown...no matter how clean, straight, knot-free, or wet that board looked when you 20x magnified the auction photo to count the grains in the wood it will be as close to reality as a Tinder profile. That $75++ board that cannot be returned or exchanged could be dry, cracked, bowed, or twisted with termites and you have no recourse. Real cost $75++(+!) (Dollar amont+ transportation cost +restricted deadline (+!) questionable condition and quality. A $100 board from Home Depot/Lowes is the only deal in this scenario. Unlike Tinder, there is no escaping through a bathroom window. Everything is sold as is, and it is yours. They strongly encourage buyers to preview the items on the viewing day and you should. Everyone thinking about buying ANYTHING through West Auctions needs to see the item up close before it is theirs, the x hour drive to the middle of nowhere will cost less than the disposal fee for your winning item. My last "win" was a pallet of 34 pressure-treated 4x4s in addition to having moss and mold growing on the wood there were only 33 of them. Craig from West Auctions just shrugged and said I miss counted. That did it for me, the downward spiral of West Auctions hit rock bottom with employees so incompetent and rude they cannot perform the skills of a toddler. A business that sells things to buyers as is, will sell complete garbage because they can. Buyer beware! My West Auctions purchase was a waste of time and money learn from my mistake it cost so much that I had to share it.
