From the owner, Kyle, to Angelic in the office, everyone is always friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Angelic is always so kind, helpful, and accommodating. She makes scheduling easy and is a wonderful first impression of the company. Today I had the absolute best technician, Jonatan Vasquez, install two ceiling fans. After one of the fans was installed, I discovered that the fan I had ordered from Home Depot's website was actually the wrong one. I was so disappointed and frustrated, but Jonatan immediately put me at ease. He simply said, "It's not a big deal. We'll get it fixed." I told him I would just keep the fan because I didn't want to inconvenience anyone, but he wouldn't hear of it. He said, "No, I want you to be happy. This isn't what you wanted." He encouraged me to go exchange it, left to complete another job, and then came back later that afternoon to install the correct fan. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. That level of customer service is rare these days. Jonatan went above and beyond, and his kindness, patience, and professionalism made all the difference. I couldn't be happier with the results. He came the next day, texted me when he was on his way, and quickly fixed a misaligned shower door that I had struggled with for a year. What a wonderful experience! I noticed condensation on the opposite wall on the floor of my washing…read moreand drying machine. Originally thought it was the dryer vent that needed cleaning but realized that was not the issue. I called and made an appointment a couple days later. After he cut a small square from drywall behind the drying machine, the two air ducts werent attached, which was the reason behind moisture getting out (which is not only a fire hazard but could have been a huge mold headache issue). It took about three days to fix (first day being majority of work, cutting drywall, getting new airducts from home depot and securing it once installed), the second day was putting drywall back and spackling it to dry then following day was to smooth and paint. Would highly recommend for his communication, attentiveness and fixing the issue with a reasonable price.
