Within four months of installation, the unit began breaking down. It failed six documented times over the following 17 months, repeatedly leaving my tenant without heat during winter. I paid out of pocket for multiple diagnostic visits across different contractors trying to identify the root cause. I only learned of the GPM mismatch in 2026 -- from my building's property manager, not from Petri. When I raised the issue, the company declined to acknowledge any oversight and quoted $2,892 to correct it -- work made necessary by a deficiency that was never disclosed at installation.
