They clean your jewelry at no charge and have a decent selection of gemstones, diamonds, gold and I think they had silver as well. I saw a book over on the counter so I think they do special orders. It could have been a bit brighter in the store as it was not as bright as many jewelry stores that sell diamonds. Also I felt they could have been a bit more friendly but I guess some people just want to get their jewelry fixed and not have too much conversation.

But appraisers don't think like that. They expect everything to be in perfect working order when they arrive. And if it's not, they "make adjustments"... like changing the value of a property that clearly comps out around 450-475 to 420. "Like... what are you smokin, man? You want me to appraise your place while you're _improving_ it? That's not how this works, man." Tried to get him to come back after the repairs were done but he stuck to his guns. Really screwed up my refi.

It is rare in today's world to meet and work with a person in sales with integrity, not to mention honesty, and passion for the product and company they represent. Enter....Coby Sullenger! From day one which is over 8 months ago, Coby continues to go above and beyond for us, and our new Barletta. Coby takes a personal interest in ensuring we, the new boat owners and marine clients receive the best education, service and guidance on and off the water as well as with our new Barletta. Coby is one of the main reasons we purchased our new Barletta last year and Coby is the reason we will remain at the Doctors Inlet Marina. It's like having a personal boat manager, available at all times. Coby will "bottom line" all answers, which we like. When we needed a boat caretaker for cleaning of the boat, Coby made it happen! The list of kind gestures could take up most of this post. Thank you, Barletta and Jacksonville Marine, ensuring Coby is supported in his continued success for all of us!

We had previously used Jacksonville Marine for outboard motor repair with decent results…read more Recently, the "service needed" indicator lit up. We figured it needed regular maintenance -- oil change, etc -- since it probably has only about 60 hours run time on it at the most. They told us it needed a new impeller at a cost of $500. We authorized the repair. Paid for the repair. Picked up the boat and put it back in the water. First time out, just feet from the dock, the light came back on and the motor conked out. They say they have no idea what's wrong with it but we will have to pay any and all labor costs to find out. This motor was running when it went into their shop. We paid them $500 to install a new impeller. It came back completely non-functional, and they take no responsibility.
