What he said above is factually incorrect. DO NOT utilize this company. My boiler was so messed up I had to hire a plumber to fix what his employees screwed up. Rinker was the only one who provided a flat installation fee (that was also reasonable), a relatively quick installation appointment, and gave me answers to my questions that made sense and were consistent with appropriate practice. The protectors that were installed had higher capacity than another contractor's installation which I was told was "just enough." Just as important, the electrician left the installation sites clean and finished (the work to install one of the units appeared to take efforts that were above and beyond a simple installation however I was not charged any extra). I will continue to use Rinker whenever possible!

Bruce was very kind and understanding of the nature of the emergency call and came over to see what the problem was within a very short period of time. He came back the next morning with Justin (I hope I remembered his name correctly) to make all the needed repairs. They repaired all the problems and explained everything I needed to do when the water was turned back. They both explained everything that was done and how each fix worked. I am not a first-time customer, actually, this was the third time I have had WaterBoy Plumbing services come to my home, but I can say they are the best. Such a wonderful group of people. Thank you again, Bruce, for coming out on the 3 AM call. Awesome service.

Everything Mack installed had to get replaced and redone in 2019. He sold me a 100,000 BTU 96 AFUE unit and after being paid. I was told it was a 80,000 86AFUE unit. To post a lie earns a lawsuit, watch how these facts remain on this site. I did contact the PA Attorney Generals Office and was offered $2,000.00 from the company to make my complaint go away. As I had to replace and redo all at over $5000.00 and had already paid Mack 4700.00 I refused. Who offers 2000.00 when they are correct? No one. Amazing customer service, attentiveness, and overall nice guy. I found Mack through Yelp (thank…read moreyou). When I found that he was local and saw his ratings, I knew I had to try his service at least once. I switched from a bigger company who installed my equipment because it was difficult to get service and I had to speak to 2 or 3 different people to arrange that. I was tired of having to make phone calls, wait for replies and being made to feel that people were doing me a favor by charging me to come out for work. Mack called me back himself within 10 minutes of my message. He "interviewed" me on the phone about the problems I was having. He went to my home, serviced my unit and had it running right away. He also gave me advice and suggestions about keeping it running well. The price was a little cheaper than my previous company, but still within the range for an annual service. I will continue to use Mack because he seemed to care about my home as if it were his. Paying him was the last thing on his mind, he wanted me to be happy first. That's difficult to find; it's a pride of craftsmanship that is lacking in the bigger companies. I will use Mack from now on and you should too.
