I received a Fall promotional offer from Chrysler Canada which offered a written evaluation of…read moreservice required to bring my 2008 Jeep Wrangler back, or close to factory specs.I took my vehicle to Williamson Chrysler in Uxbridge.As a senior citizen on a fixed income I thought it wise to have whatever service was required as I was planning an extensive road trip. I spent over $3000 using that Chrysler promotion which offered 1 year of road service plus a written report on what maintenance my Jeep required if brought in for service.I received the report telling me what service was required $3000+ to which I agreed.Plus, I asked them to adjust the parking brake as it would not hold the vehicle.They charged $250 for that and it was exactly as it was before,it wouldn't hold the vehicle.I complained and received a credit for labour of $107 if I agreed to pay for parts used to supposedly repair the parking brake.I was told the technician adjusted it to its maximum and it now needed about $300 more plus labour to replace a stretched cable.Why didn't their technician spot this when he adjusted the P brake to its maximum and then road tested it? Then, after travelling over 4500Kms to Arizona I had a look under the hood to check the oil etc.and discovered that the PCV valve hose which connects to the air cleaner was hanging loose.So for all those kms driven it was sucking in unfiltered air to the PCV valve.I wonder what damage has been done to the engine caused by the incompetence of their technician.And yes, I telephoned them to voice my displeasure with their service (or lack of and left a voice mail,so far they haven't had the courtesy to return my call.That was over 3 weeks ago. I alsoihave not received any communication from them or Chrysler Canada about that "Free" year of road service

I took my car to this shop for repair. I told them basically what the problem was. I've had the car…read morefor almost 10 Years so I know it inside out.they fixed something totally unrelated to what I told them (exhaust leak) and charged me $1000 for that even tho I told them that wasn't the issue they insisted it was. Had to take the car back with the exact same problems only for the issue to be what I originally told them it was. They then charged me another 500 to replace 1 of 6 fuel injectors. These guys don't listen and will fix what ever issue is most obvious and make you pay for it
