To make a long story short, my husband and I have travelled all over GTA and more looking for a AT RWD differential for a G37 Infiniti convertible, after being duped a couple of times we stumbled upon this place. Byers be strongly aware SCAM ALERT, edited at the bottom Bought a used Mercedes cylinder head for $1000 yesterday. Dealt with Ramsey who was promising everything on the phone. I came to their location, I wished I never did. Ramsey new my position and urgency involved, he would have sold me a transmission for a cylinder head, if I did not know the difference. I only say this because they are completely clueless and great CON ARTISTS. I had to call my mechanic 5 times to help them with removing the head. Using pry bar and hammer, braking parts of the engine was their way of removing the part. To make the long story short, they could not separate the head from the core engine so they decided to give me the whole core engine and for my mechanic to remove the head. In the process of putting the engine in my car they damaged my trunk, acted like nothing happen. I paid them and left. My mechanic waited for me and took the head off, inspected it and saw right away that it was in real bad shape. It was full of water and badly scored. He did send it to machine shop to have it looked at and tested but it failed right away. As soon as I got the news I called the "Elite" and was yelled at right away and got hung up on, Ramsey kept yelling "final sale, final sale" Even my mechanic called them back and got the same treatment. Pictures of the head removed Definitely avoid this place at all cost To reply to Elite Auto Recycling message: Their reply just proves the complete lies and BS these guys are hiding behind. Ramsey NEVER told me that its a final sale or no refund, neither did anyone from there, I would not have spent $1000 if I new that, especially on a part that was in such a poor condition. That's a complete BS. Part was tested, LOL, they could not take the part off, I had to stop them before they destroy it. Another COMPLETE LIE and BS. I also have the recording on the phone (when I called them the next day) all I got was the F**k y*o, about 5 times between "final sale final sale" screams. My mechanic also got the same response from Ramsey. I have also spoken to Police detachment in that area, that's another story...
