To my horror he proceeded to jump from his truck, run over to my window and start calling me a f*ckin b*tch multiple times!! I had my 3 boys in the car and I was completely stunned watching this man absolutely come unhinged in the middle of the road. I had never seen him before in my life, but upon looking up the company I discovered that it was the OWNER who I had been berated by! The more unprofessional person I've ever met! He started by doing an assessment of the work and asking me what I wanted to have completed and made appropriate suggestions for what steps should be involved. He was very helpful in pointing out some of the damage we were unaware of and walked us through how he intended to complete our project before he started. We knew exactly what was going to be done as he moved forward and there were no surprises. He and and his crew were personable, talented,, very capable and very patient with us as we asked a lot of questions along the way. They were definitely project-oriented and never allowed any "bumps" along the way to slow them down. I was very impressed with the manner in which Andy was able to copy the detail in cutting out certain areas of the posts that took quite a bit of time and skill on his part as it was very meticulous work. The end result was a solid and well built deck that is ready for paint and stain. They completed their work in a short amount of time, in fact less than we had figured and cleaned the job site immaculately. This was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had in working with any sub-contractor in many years. The fact Andy is an Army veteran, like myself made it a more pleasureable experience. I would highly recommend him for any deck or fence work that you may have. He is a fine example of what excellent work home owners should receive from their contractors.

I had seen Ed Delgado doing contractor work around my condo building in KCMO quite a few times…read more We'd say hello to each other in the hall, he'd play with my dog, or we'd look at open houses and he'd be working on the units. Anyhow, we had some ceiling damage (from a leaky toilet above us). The unit above us hired him to do the repair work. He was in and out and did a great job. This job included him cutting out some of the ceiling, waiting till everything was dry, and then inserting new sheet-rock and painting it all up. After the job was done, it looked like brand new. Wouldn't you know, the leaking continued and once the problem was fixed once and for all, we took some bids. The building recommended someone else and we called them in. After they showed up to estimate the job, they never followed up over a three week period and gave us a written estimate despite several emails and calls on my part. Time to call Ed! His estimate came in at 1/3 the price of the other contractor and wouldn't you know, he had great follow-through and came out right away. This job was quite a bit larger than round one as we had far more water damage. However, after the three day job was done, you can't tell that it was worked on it at all. Ed really takes pride in his work, will answer any questions from you, uses quality materials, and will be glad to give you some advice on smaller projects that you can do on your own whether it's hanging mirrors, fixing the toilet, etc. If I ever require a handyman or a general contractor again, I will not hesitate to give Ed a call. He's amazing! Unlike other contractors, he will actually show up on time and do the job in the time he promised. He also didn't require payment till the job was done and made sure we both signed the estimate / contract. Love it!

Our timeline was short and we needed great results in little time. We communicated this to Mike on several occasions. The initial consultation, planning, and quote was fantastic. We were so very excited to have the job completed. However, when the week came to install the new cabinets, tragedy struck. We called Mike on several occasions attempting to confirm the installation date. He was non-committal, passive, and refused to give us a final date. We finally decided to call and tell him we must have an install date from him. Rather than handing the situation properly, Mike's attitude turned on a dime. He became aggressive, inappropriate, and rude. He made excuses, blamed others, and outright lied to us. After multiple conversations begging him to give us an answer, he quit answering his telephone. He wouldn't return voicemails nor answer our calls. We resorted to calling on alternate phone numbers (from work, other cell phones, etc) just to get him to answer our calls. In his attempt to avoid us, he went as far as to hang up on us when we called asking for an answer. Despite our timeline being blown, Mike's rudeness / lying / imappropriate behavior, and an everlasting poor impression of Mike and Cabinet Reface... we had him finish the job. The installation went fine. Not to our surprise, he was more than happy to ask for his paycheck the second it was done. Ultimately, if he would have been honest with us the moment he knew it wasn't going to be done in time, we would not have cared. If he would have just been honest, it would have prevented so much pain. Bottom Line: FIND SOMEONE ELSE! Mike has no sense of customer service, manners, or caring. The product we received certainly was NOT worth what we experienced, knowing we could have received the same results from many other companies. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!
