The sent Donnie and Alex. I explained my worst fears about what I thought the problem could be. They inspected and snaked the main line out to the city run. They confirmed that it was in good shape and just needed some water jetting to knock out some larger root packs. They could have easily turned this job into a lot more and I would have gone right along with it and wrote a much bigger check. They were friendly, didn't seem rushed, and explained everything in detail. In fact, I am calling them again after I finish this review to have them do some other work I need done.

He gave us a clear and concise estimate on the work with different options to choose from We could either get the complete patio and pool surround done or do it in stages which because of our deadline we choose. I recently had them do work on my roof, porch and install a sump pump…read more They went out of their way to make sure I had the correct type of roof on a low pitch part of my roof. When Mike and Lee saw the condition of the roof boards after removing the shingles they switched to "peel and stick" roll roofing. This caused extra work and expense for them because other materials had already been delivered, but they wanted to make sure my roof was done the right way. The roof looks great! Steve, Dino and his crew did a great job on the porch and the sump pump. The porch looks so much better now that it is level and the cracks are filled in. The water does not all run towards the house and into the crawl space. I really appreciate the extra effort to get the sump pump deeper. The only access was a small opening inside a bedroom closet. I know how much more difficult it made the work because they had to dig in a small confined area and they were digging into wet clay. It is so much nicer and safer with the discharge pipe relocated to the other side of the house instead of running across in front the gate. Now I can simply go into the closet to start the pump. I used to have to go outside and bring a hose in through a window before pumping water out of the crawl space. Everyone was so friendly, polite and professional. This is a great company to deal with and the work was excellent!! I will definitely call them again and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Pryor's Custom Caulking removed my old caulking on my four large western facing windows. The old…read morecaulk was very weathered and prone to leakage during hard rainstorms. Rick and Kalen did a very professional job removing the old caulk and applying the new caulk ensuring no voids or gaps where further water damage could occur. Additionally, there was an area not visible from ground level above two of the windows that also needed to be fixed but was not initially quoted which they agreed to do at no additional charge.
