My flooring had glue leaks, water damage from the unit above me and multiple over charge water utilities when I was away for work and not even home. Yet they seem to always find an excuse or brush the issue off. Gate is never working, so kids are always using the club house, people housing more then they can fit and cars are being broken into. It took three managements teams to finally come to me to try to resolve the issue. The crazy part was that they wanted to give me $200 to sign basically an NDA and have the owner and the property management team not at fault for any of the issues. Its not worth the headache to pay the prices they are asking. They will offer you 2700 for a two bedroom for you to find out two months after you moved in that they are now renting it out for 2100. They play games and are not looking at your beat interest.

The leasing people are always very friendly and helpful. You're walking distance to Lake Worth Beach and right on the strip of the Lake Worth bars, which is fun if you have friends in town. The apartment it's self is definitely builder grade but it's expected. Not a ton of space to store stuff but I made it work. I would definitely live here for a few years if I had the option to. After checking with the staff they informed me, quite rudely that I must keep all of the original soiled items in the studio or face being kicked out with 30 min or less notice. The entire place is infested with termites and be prepared to wake up to roaches. Utilities are advertised as included in the weekly rate yet I had no wifi for 4 days and my Tv is still not functioning after having paid another week in full. Was offered no reimbursement. Was also informed they can and will enter my room on a regular basis without so much as even a text message. Came back after a weekend away to see my belongings covered in paint and $800 missing from my wallet. They said they'd look into it .
