The venue feels new and is always maintained, you feel your rent matches the quality of the place you're staying, the people who live here are young professionals and tend to less party and wild, there is valet trash, awesome coffee (Starbucks) in the residential lounge, free printing and nice macs in the computer lounge, fun residential get togethers occasionally, secured parking garage, and the units feel clean/new. $1300 roughly for a studio- I think it's worth the investment if you want a nice place to live here in South florida. Some places in Boca charge higher prices but for lesser properties. I think this price I am paying is perfect for the kind of apartment Alta is. Apartment Units: The pro is that everything is marble top, modern coffee brown wood, and has a nice clean feel. You don't feel like you're moving into layers of gunk built on residues of past tenants. The air conditioning/heater is my only main problem- b/c the units are small and the air is fast/hard and strong, your room will be freezing cold for a short part of timeand then when the temperature hits set point, the apartment can get stale and stagnant- definitely true in the late fall time when the weather is still humid and gross outside but temperature isn't hot enough to move the air to turn on in the apartment. Maintenance: very on time, and you can put in work orders and expect them to take care of your request by the end of the day. There is valet trash and the property management keeps this place smelling nice (indoor hallways) and vacuumed and clean. Makes coming home everyday nice. People who live here- generally professionals, quiet folk, and people who have decent incomes. I lived in Boca Raton near Town Center and the crowd was questionable at times to where I didn't feel safe walking in the parking lot. I feel if I leave my door unlocked for a weekend, I wouldnt be worried about theft or people breaking in. Coffee- they have this nice Starbucks Coffee in their already nice residential lounge with TVs , movie theater area, and tables for people to hold meetings and play billiards while drinking coffee Swimming pool- it's a full 25 yards pool- enough so people can feel relaxed and lounge in it but also enough for athletes to swim laps for a full workout. Comfortable lounge chairs and never too noisy. There are also barbecue pits for people who want to do a cook out. There's a nice large dog park behind and also you're connected to the Delray Golf club from behind within walking distance. Parking- the garage makes one feel safe- Ive never locked my car before and I even park in guest parking downstairs without security and never feel worried about people breaking in or vandalizing my car Front desk- friendly people in the front. If you plan on renting the place, read the fine line. Charges for community utilities to $20 valet trash and extra charges found on your bill every month. The third party company they use "CON-SERVICE" is a joke. Oceanside and ConService like to point finger at each other and at the end of the day, nothing will be explained or resolved. My flooring had glue leaks, water damage from the unit above me and multiple over charge water utilities when I was away for work and not even home. Yet they seem to always find an excuse or brush the issue off. Gate is never working, so kids are always using the club house, people housing more then they can fit and cars are being broken into. It took three managements teams to finally come to me to try to resolve the issue. The crazy part was that they wanted to give me $200 to sign basically an NDA and have the owner and the property management team not at fault for any of the issues. Its not worth the headache to pay the prices they are asking. They will offer you 2700 for a two bedroom for you to find out two months after you moved in that they are now renting it out for 2100. They play games and are not looking at your beat interest.

The main drag of Atlantic Avenue was literally 2 minutes away, so you could roll out of bed for some coffee or chocolate. I was a huge fan and will certainly come back again! As a renter trying to get information about my rental balance, when the issue wasn't no fault of mine, it was frustrating not being able to get clear answers. If it weren't for Emma and Rona, I probably would have been much more upset with the experience. They were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I'm not sure what's going on with upper management, but thankfully Emma and Rona are holding things together. They deserve recognition for the excellent customer service they provide.

My appointment to view apartments was "lost" multiple times, despite text confirmations. Despite these red flags, I moved forward with signing a lease. It took nearly two weeks to receive it, and it didn't include the assigned parking spot I was promised. With movers already scheduled, I felt forced to sign; something I regret. Unfortunately, the incompetence didn't stop there. Upon move-in, I wasn't given basic information, like how to grant guests access through the gate. Maintenance is no better. When things break, they often make them worse, ordering incorrect parts, delaying repairs for weeks, or even failing to reconnect plumbing, causing flooding. This can leave you without working appliances for extended periods (i.e. a month), while management does nothing but continue to collect rent. You would think that a company like this would at least be happy to receive rent payments a few days early. Not here. Even paying rent is an issue. Their auto-pay system has repeatedly failed to process payments despite authorization and sufficient funds. Instead of resolving the issue, management places blame on tenants and threatens eviction notices as early as the 6th of the month. This has happened multiple times. It is not a fluke. I cannot wait for my lease to end. While every property has minor issues, the problems here go far beyond that. This is not a series of isolated incidents, it's a consistent pattern of incompetence permeating throughout the entire company.

She is always so friendly, responsive, responsible, and available whenever we need her. She genuinely makes you feel taken care of. The maintenance team is also amazing. They are always quick, professional, and on top of everything. Every time we've needed something, they've been great. The entire management team has been wonderful as well. Since the new office manager arrived, we've noticed things getting better and better, which has been really nice to see. And I have to mention Lisa, who has been here since the very beginning. She actually rented our apartment to us when SeaLofts first opened 5 years ago, and we've always been very pleased with her.
