I have lived in villa montry for 7 years now and this is what we have been going through and it's only gotten worse in the past year were they have completely ignored us and please to come help us with a water leak from the air conditioner which is leaking on the electrical box on top of it all, all Over the floor and walls, also a bad leak of water for the whole time we have stayed here under the kitchen sink , which has made the wood under the sink rott and fall everywhere, the bathroom as you can see in the photos is all messed up since we moved in and that is after cleaning with bleach, rusty old and falling apart bathtub, falling part ceilings, water leaking everywhere and they have the nerve not to hand us our new mailbox key for months now after getting new mail boxes, we luckily know the mail lady and man and they give us our mail or we would be screwed. On top of it all they are talking about upping the rent for a one bedroom which is what we have to 1700 a month and not fixing anything as you can see or giving us our mail key. Move you say? Well easier said the. Done when I have 2 kids to take care of and other apartments are too expensive, if I could get a lawyer to help me that would be great so I can maybe hold on to rent until they fix everything or not pay and use the money to get another place.. and sue of course.. pls for heavens sake DONT MOVE TO VILLA MONTEREY APARTMENTS HERE IN WEST PALM BEACH!! I feel compelled to share. After applying online and providing all required documentation When I reached out to inquire about a property, the representative I spoke with was not only rude but also seemed to lack basic knowledge about the listings they manage. After asking a few questions, I was met with dismissive responses and an overall lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, the call ended abruptly when they hung up on me. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when looking for a place to live. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable and respectful property management. read more

I was discriminated and on top of that INSULTED by the Property manager MariaElena Kraus on 09/23/2021 !!! I didn't even raised my voice at her for her to tell me "vete porque te apesta a m***@" (meaning "go because you stink like sh****!". I guess she got offended when I asked her what if she going to do with the Mice and roaches in the apartment. I was not nasty or anything and I been letting her be aware since my first night at the apartment. A lease that I signed NOT EVEN TWO WEEKS AGO!!! Since we signed the lease all she said was 7 days notice to vacant. she must had said that 10 times while we was signing the lease. at one point she made my husband and myself feel like we was signing a BIG SCAM. Like sign here and we will take you $2,600.00 Deposit and vacant you in 7 days just because we fell like it!!! I Honestly regret getting into this apartment even thought we love the area of Palms Springs. First night staying here and I email her about roaches but yet I'm getting blamed for it. First of all I hate bugs. Second, I been telling YOU about the bugs since my first night at the apartment. There's no communication. She never replies to the emails. No Professionalism. She insults you. No solutions to the issues in the building. I will love for the actually owners to follow up with me regarding this matter. If i could give this place a zero i would. We went in paid a $100 for application, just to get denied because of an old account we had with another property which was paid for. My husband called the lady at the receptionist, and she said its a policy they have. NOWHERE WAS THAT SAID TO US, my husband spoked with a lady name NORAH before we applied. When he called the office to speak with NORAH, the receptionist lied to him and told him she wasnt in, yet i had just left the office !! Just go somewhere else.. read more

So we have been at villa Monterey apartments for 1 year now which is managed by A.G. Properties and now have woken up with bed bugs and I asked my neighbors and they also all of the sudden have them so when I called the office they did not care and said they won't help us, mind you I have a 4 month old baby and it is very serious for such a young child. I also am getting harassing letters saying our chairs and my sons 1 scooter can't be by our door, which is discrimination because all the neighbors practically have chairs to sit on by their doors and we are the only ones getting threatened by fines, when I asked to talk to the owner the manager won't let me.. this place mind you costs 1,040 a month with a $1500 dollar deposit so I really thought it was gonna be a great place to live. So this place has bed bugs and I don't advise anyone to move here, I have the bugs trapped just in case they say we are lying. ;-) and pics of bites. read more

These people are ridiculous. They are thieves and liars and all the properties they manage should be shut down. They hang up on you when you are trying to speak to them. They will interrupt you and not let you ask your questions and they claim to have a policy against giving you copies of all your signed paperwork as well as a policy for why they can't simply write 2 separate checks for myself and my roommate because we are moving out. The manager is rude and inconsiderate and they take advantage of people who are less fortunate than them. Not to mention their buildings are full of black mold and falling apart and they refuse to maintain the properties correctly and then steal the tenant's security deposit using their lack of proper building maintenance as an excuse for stealing from their tenants. WORST PROPERTY TO RENT FROM DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! I would give them negative stars if possible! read more

SINCE THEY WANTED TO MAKE MY REVIEW NOT RECOMMENDED LMAO Honestly, the worst Apartment Complex you could ever rent from. The management is HORRENDOUS !! The Google Reviews are seriously a joke the poor Manager had her husband write a review just to make the place seem more appealing. Ridiculous ... The manager onsite is Maria Elena Craus Cherry honestly she is a MONSTER. You only have 3 days to pay your rent when most places give you at least 5-7 days she doesn't care if you are dying in the hospital all she cares about is her rent. She tries to use leases from years ago to justify her fees. She will try to get more money out of you. My pet fees were $250 each and she told me it was $350 each I spoke to another person in the office and she said no that it was $250 each. She is a thief. The late fee is $25 as per my lease and she tries to get $50 out of you. This woman honestly has no management skills and no people skills I only got this apartment because it is close to my parents house as they are seniors and I need to be close but otherwise I would've stayed away from these horrible apartments. Even your neighbors have some kind of sense of entitlement if they have lived there for many years they will threaten you and be rude and management will do nothing. Apartments are cheap for the area but I would rather pay more and have more flexible management and better neighbors. read more

I had to give it at least 1 star, but they dont deserve that. Please stay away from this place. By far the worst management company I have yet to deal with. My apartment is infested with mold and unfortunately for me I'm stuck in a lease because there are no laws in Florida protecting tenants in terms of mold. I have had to call maintenance on SEVERAL occasions and they just come out and paint over it. I have had my clothing, shoes and furniture covered in mold. They told me it's my fault. AC in the unit is terrible, which I'm sure is contributing to the mold issue and it leaks. You can hear water underneath the tile in the hall way. This place is a HAZARD to your health.
