I reach out to Richard Marous who lied and said his name was Rick Marous. I asked him twice to see the property, and he stated " My time is somewhat limited the next few days. I can get there at 3:30 June, 14. Text or call me Saturday morning to confirm." Seeing that I'm self employed I agree to work with his schedule. Now imagine I followed up with a text confirming I will be meeting you at 3:30 for him to text back and say it's rented. You were missing all week and did'nt have the time. Liar... I sent you the text you sent me. You're the one who stated you didn't have the time. It's not a problem that someone rented the property. It's the fact that he's disrespectful to other people's time. Where is the professionalism? Richard/ Rick what ever your name is you could have said I understand there was a property you wanted to see, however it was rented. Is there any other property I can be of any assistance to you. Simple! You are licensed through the state of Florida. Go back and take a course on professionalism. Maybe you guys wouldn't have so many bad review. I give people the benefit of the doubt until you prove otherwise. You could have gained several clients through me. The renter they found and took a months commission for, due to a emergency needs to cancel the lease after being in our home for less than 3 months. So we reached out to Luxury and asked if they would help us find new replacement renter or at least prorate their fee we paid, they said since we are not using them monthly that we will have to pay again to find a new renter! To me that is wrong. I called another prop manager to run this scenario and they said not a good practice. Wish we went with PMI instead because they said they would have made this right. Anyway if Luxury thinks it is the right thing to do charge a whole month rent for a renter that stays 3 months that tells me so much.

We heard already all these stories about people who lost all their money and their house in 2008 and with current situation with this Covid-19 we knew we needed something certain. Especially with the fact that we were looking for one condo for us to live in and another apartment we can rent in an affordable rate. Two friends who've been already taken care of Sivan recommended us to talk to her, as their experience was just great and we needed both a house for rent and first management services, but especially we wanted to feel that someone is there for us. Sivan and Liran, her business partner were so impressive from the first moment we met them. They are true professionals and they truly took care of our needs as if they were their own. They found a very nice apartment for us and they were with us to meet our potential tenants. Not only this, we witnessed their personal property management services while they took care personally for every trouble our tenants had, from small repairs to gardening, not only taking care of our tenants, but also increasing the value of our property already in a short period. Sivan and Liran, we are so thankful to you!

I've learned over the years how to identify quality in a property manager and real estate service,…read moreand Florida Property Management Services LLC is the highest calibre in these respects. Let me speak to their property management service in South Florida, specifically. I own properties in Boca Raton, Florida and Kaneohe, Hawaii and over the last decade I've experienced a wide spectrum of property managers. It took me several years to learn what makes a great property manager, and it took my entrusting the care of my Boca property to Florida Property Management Services LLC to experience first-hand truly outstanding property management service (In Hawaii, Belinda Barnes of Hawaii Homes for Sale LLC is also outstanding). Simply put: I never worry about my house in Boca Raton because Florida Property Management Services is always multiple steps ahead of any contingency that could affect the property. For example, when Hurricane Ida was tentatively forecasted to impact South Florida, Gaston and Rebeca personally went to my property the week beforehand to inspect that the hurricane shutters were in place and ready for the storm. They noticed that one of the new shutters didn't fit like it should and personally oversaw it's repair before the storm in order to protect my property. In another example, prior to putting my house on the rental market, Gaston conducted a thorough property valuation and rental assessment from which he discerned the best price-point to attract prospective tenants and get the house rented as soon as possible; Gaston didn't just pick a number to appease me or leave me in a situation where my house was over or underappreciated, he did the analysis and presented me a studied price-point backed by data that got my property rented quickly. These are just a couple examples of this company that set them apart from other management services. In total, though, every interaction I've had with Florida Property Management Services has been outstanding. From executing meticulous inspections to managing upkeep services and maintenance repairs that sustain the value and rentability of my property to finding trustworthy tenants and developing a long-standing professional rapport with them, Florida Property Management Services LLC does it all, and, importantly, does it all very well. I can't overstate the peace-of-mind I have having entrusted Gaston and Rebeca of Florida Property Management Services to manage my property. I mentioned before that I've experienced a range of property managers over the years. To be candid, an inexperienced, incompetent or, yes, unfortunately, lazy property manager can end up costing tens of thousands of dollars in lost income and other fees, and that doesn't account for the stressors associated with replacing these individuals. Rebeca and Gaston are on the opposite end of this spectrum and have cared for and protected my investment as if it were their own. Make no mistake, Florida Property Management Services LLC is the top-shelf in property management; the 5 Stars is not hyperbolic, I am incredibly grateful they are managing my property. Erin K.
