Completely unprofessional. Didn't have ANY cold drinks for my guests when they arrived at 2pm despite us dropping off all the beverages the day before. Yelling at guests, yelling at her own servers and bar tenders because she failed to get them ready for the event. She had no appetizers out during cocktail hour, my mother had to take her to the fridge to show her the appetizers that she BROUGHT TO HER that morning. Gave them to her directly yet she yelled at my mother saying we have no appetizers then didn't even apologize for being wrong. If she was a real woman of church she would have atleast offered some type of refund. Terrible place. Do not be like me and give her the benefit of the doubt, go elsewhere. Then we discover that beers are $9 That's right, it's Oktoberfest and there are about 20 locations to get a beer, it's all on draft, and it all from one brewery company but the best you can do is $9 for a plastic cup of the same beer you get at Publix. Food was less than below average and $20 per plate. (Tried the goulash and the schnitzel) Red cabbage overcooked and bland food. Nothing else to do but drink over priced mediocre beer and food. And of course a few vendors selling arbitrary wares completely unrelated to the meaning of the event. It's bad when you want to love something and you aren't hard to please and you walk away feeling ripped off. Like Highway robbery style.
