Ribs: Tender, lovely smoke ring, quite meaty. I don't have the vocabulary to describe the rub, but I liked it. A lot. Nice crust on the exterior. Brisket: So many choices! Lean/fatty (or just maybe the counter guy said, "Lean, Fatty!"), sliced/chopped, prime/choice. Also good crust, smoke line, juiciness. But something was off. See below for further. Sauce: Not nearly as spicy as I like, and a bit bland when tasting off of my finger. However, when applied to the brisket, something magical happened. The best sauce/meat pairing EVER!!!!! My much better half has chicken and pulled pork. Don't know how hers was. Didn't care. Didn't ask. But she ate and didn't yap , so I'm happy. If she sees this, I'm effed. My only suggestion is the place plan for more main essentials being a BBQ place.

My husband and I love coffee but unfortunately we are strictly decaf coffee drinkers (I know I know, it's sad). The owner does not make decaf at all.
