Real nice folks but they should think about hiring someone else to teach teenagers how to drive. I paid over $500 for my son over 7 months ago and he still drives horrible. So, here I am re-teaching him everything my instructor taught me over 25 years ago. Lots of parents dont have the patience or the time OR some of the parent drive horrible themselves; which is why we send our kids to driving schools. We pay for them to learn how to drive the right way and that isnt being done. Lots of kids now just want to drive to be seen or "look cool" but I foresee a lot of tickets and/or accidents happening if this is the way they are being taught. When my daughter went to this school two years ago, she had a different instructor. Not sure what happened to the two previous guys but they did an awesome job with her. read more

Don't come here unless you want your time wasted. Mr. Vickers is impatient and expects you to already know everything and has a certain way of teaching the students how to drive & he himself doesn't even drive the way he was teaching me. He drives with his hands at the sides and mainly with one hand and teaches students to drive with both hands at the bottom of the wheel. He also would be on the phone with other people while in the middle of my lesson. I paid $500 in total worth 2 days of 2h adult lessons each and on the 2nd day we were driving, I was doing pretty well for the most part, but at a certain point in me having to make a turn at the light, I slowed down & made the turn, & as I was turning the wheel back, I was trying to carefully bring the steering wheel back to get into my lane and he jerked the wheel while he's sitting in the passenger seat as I'm driving, making me move it back to get in control, which caused it to go over a curb, almost into a ditch. After that he got mad at me when his hands shouldn't have been on the wheel. Nothing happened to the car, he simply overreacted, ended the lesson, and went back to the driving school. Now I'm currently going to another driving school where I can actually feel like I'm being taught with some patience and respect and not feeling handheld and shown with hypocrisy. read more

Horrible driving school. Mr.vickers the instructor is extremely rude and disgusting. He would make snark comments at me (a new driver) which were highly inappropriate and rude. He said something like "you probably don't get grades at school cause you just care about your looks" to an underage girl. He would say unnecessary things to me while driving and taught me to drive only holding the bottom of the wheel. Has no patience with students and thinks he rules the whole place and can be rude to customers just cause he's the owner. He would be on the phone with family or friends just chatting it up while the student driver is one the road. He has no compensation and dismisses concerns quickly. We had scheduled a new appointment with a different instructor but when I got there it was his old nasty ass. When I asked to reschedule he was charging us $40 but couldn't even let us know that they had switched instructors. Now he's asking for the money back and being extremely rude to my family about it. No apologizing for anything. And the cars there are super old and don't even work. This is a scam don't come here unless u want to be degraded the whole time while learning how to drive and wanna never get ur money back. Shut this place down asap read more

He was honestly one of the ruddiest people I've ever met. I payed for a two hour private lesson. The day of my appointment I drove for about an 45 minutes then he made my drive to the school. We picked up 4 different children and I had to stop driving and they all drove. He told me to come back to finish the last hour. This time 30 minutes into the drive he had to park at Walmart so he could pick something up. I sat in the parking lot of 10 minutes waiting for him. This place is the absolute worst the owner is very rude and racist I took my child to get his paper and he never showed up.I also called the office and he picked up was screaming at the top of his lungs then hung up the phone on me.This place is a absolute SCAM do not bring your children here read more

Did it get the job done? Yes. Would I recommend going here? No. They luckily have some new people there helping out which are nice but as a whole the couple running it is very disorganized and unprofessional. I had a 9am appointment today and watched the owner sit and eat his McDonalds and drink his coffee for 20+ minutes taking his sweet time before waiting on us. When you call, they never have the appointment book and ask you to call back another time to schedule driving or say they'll call you back and then they don't. Communication wasn't their strong suit. Didn't explain cost, documents needed to do things, etc. Also, they're cash only so be prepared if you go there. Oh and they charged us $1.50 extra for a mask and gloves. So when I show up I had to wait about 20 minutes and like any other student driver I'm there to learn not waste time; when the so called "manager" of the place shows up I asked a particular question which was, if there were any other available teachers who worked their to attend other students while he was away in driving lessons and he stares at me dead straight in the eyes as if I were the enemy, even worse another person comes in and he straight up blows me off as if I'm not important enough. long story short this is the 1st time or 2nd time I've ever made an online review because the place itself was bad and the only teacher available is rude. read more

Lester Vickers made driving seem less stressful and nerve racking . He was very direct and clear and his wife was very friendly

The owner is very unprofessional, rude, and tends to be incredibly late every appointment. Made snarky comment when I came in for a test "You better not have an attitude 'm not the one who will fail". Mr.Lester is very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone at this driving school. This is my first time ever leaving a review on any place so that means I really did not like the establishment. Very very nasty attitudes and personality's. read more

When signing up Mr Vickers was very pleasant and i was excited to have my son start. He seemed stern and by the book which i liked and felt my 17 year needed. However once enrolled Mr Vickers was not as nice, it was also very inconvenient having to "schedule" driving sessions with him as they were up to 2 weeks apart. On one occasion, Mr Vickers overbooked a driving session and LEFT my son outside of his building and locked the doors because my son forgot his permit and had on flip flops. He then told us we would have to pay $35 on the next driving session because my son forgot his permit! Keep in mind... Mr Vickers had already over booked the driving class so my son would not have been able to drive ANYWAY! I was very disappointed overall. I pray anyone else who decides to attend has a better experience than we did. read more
