I called to check on my repairs and he knew my whole order. I do recommend planning in advance, especially if you are getting shoes resoled and he has to order new soles. I have had several pairs of shoes repaired here and it is my go to repair shop now! Best of all was new soles on a pair of Birkenstocks.....they were like new but broken in. The owner was very up front with me, stating that the zipper may not be functional, since a section of the zipper teeth was almost missing before work was done. I was just looking to close the pocket, so I could use the suitcase again. Long story short, zipper is fixed & it even slides gently from end to end!
