They have both Açaí bowls and smoothies. You can order either a signature bowl or build your own in three different sizes. Depending on the size, your custom build can have up to 6 bases for the large (24 oz), 4 for the medium (16 oz) or 2 for the small (12 oz). You then get to pick which toppings you want from different categories. I chose the "humble" size (small) Post Workout signature bowl which has Açaí, blue majik, chocolate peanut butter chia pudding, dark chocolate sea salt granola, cacao nibs, goji berries, strawberries, bananas, peanut butter drizzle. It was so good and filling. I got mine to go and they wrap it in plastic instead of jamming a lid on it or limiting the toppings. You can order online for takeout or delivery as well. My nieces got a caramel shake & small twisted cone while I got an Oreo twister. They all LOOKED like kid sizes but we ended up finishing all of our treats and being STUFFED.
