How time really changes a place... if there wasn't employee's behind the counter and lights on... I'd assume this place was abandoned. The floor looks worn down and dirty. The product shelving is massive for the little items that house it. There never seems to be any products being sold on them other than random trinkets clearly wholesale bought off Temu. The decor truly has so much potential if only the owners put a little more money into the furniture pieces they selected. The futons are already dated and uncomfortable with crusty large bears to take up already limited seating. Like another reviewer stated, the vibe feels off and it doesn't have a welcoming appeal to stay to enjoy your drinks. The menu seems to have shrunk again (or they just don't list all their items), which is hard because you are not allowed to customize your own drinks. The pictures on the wall posters are not what the drinks actually look like, which is confusing. I don't know. I used to really enjoy coming here, when they first opened, and I would even make a special trip to this location- seeing as they are the closest speciality bubble tea shop to me (outside of driving to the twin cities area). I really hope that the owners decide to reevaluate a few things within their businesses because the Albertville location unfortunately isn't much better. read more

When my friend and I walked in, we asked the barista what her recommendations were. I would say the overall customer service was poor. I asked for a specific drink I saw on a poster near the menu, but I was given a completely different drink in the wrong size. The drink itself wasn't very good, so I was a little disappointed. I usually love trying new places. The overall space of the place was cute, with the teddy bears, paper lanterns, lights, and posters on the wall, but it felt a little empty. Surprisingly authentic and good bubble tea place in St. Cloud MN. The cute decor is inviting and fun for a casual hangout with your peeps! The menu has both milk tea and fruit flavors (i.e., try the Mellon flavor if you can't decide). If you are more adventurous, you can try Taro or other Asian flavors as well. As in all authentic places, you can choose the level of sweetness (% sugar) and amount of ice, or you can have the server decide for you. So happy St. Cloud has a dedicated bubble tea shop. There are endless choices and possibilities it's great to see. A couple notes, they use milk powder so apparently you can't choose your milk which is unfortunate. And the calories on the scrolling ads and the door differed from the actual menu. This made ordering difficult for me. I ended up with the galaxy bubble tea which was very pretty. I had no idea it was going to be so tart and slushy though. It was still good. The popping yogurt bubbles were also tasty. They're very busy so make sure you go at an off time to avoid a long wait. read more

Bubble teas were ok, but the space and vibe were so uncomfortable and awkward, we really found it hard to stay and enjoy our drinks.

I wish this place is not on the other side of town but it's one of the best place to get bubble tea and other delicious drinks. My favorite is the 3Q milk tea..nice combo of yellow pudding, black herbal jelly and sweet soft chewy tapioca pearls..all about the sensory in your mouth. I got the refreshing passion fruit slushie and ice jelly this time..a little sourness from the ice jelly balanced out the sweetness from the passion fruit. I highly recommend their Blue Galaxy drink...it's like art in a drink, pretty with blue and purple. First discovered this chain in New York and I'm glad it's here! read more

Stopped TWO separate times now for a milk tea and they were out of tapioca pearls each time! The place is also so dirty- junk everywhere and garbage on the floor...as the employees just sit there on their phone when there isn't customers. Wouldn't recommend going out of your way to stop! read more

Been here a couple times now and each time I get something new. Really do love their bubble teas, especially anything mango flavored-- yum! There's usually only one or two people working whenever I've been but it's super fast and always made well. The atmosphere is cutesy, definitely anime inspired and the furniture makes it an experience just to go check out. Usually when I go here the service is great and I love there boba. Except I had gotten a taro crème brûlée drink and added tapioca, pudding and popping boba. The first time around I didn't get ANY of the toppings I had ordered. Like excuse me? I come here for the toppings sir. So I had politely told them that my toppings were missing, and apparently the receipt had said i only ordered the tapioca and popping boba. Ok... First Of all ordered three toppings and second, I still didn't get ANY topping. So they proceeded to remake my drink AND charge me for the third topping. Which I don't mind but they charged me for all three toppings and STILL FORGOT TO PUT MY PUDDING IN right after they had charged me again for the pudding. So, I'm sorry 0/10 would not recommend. I've never had bubble tea before coming here. The menu was overwhelming and when I asked for recommendations they told me too many. I didn't like my tea as it was way too sweet. I got the passion fruit. The tea was already super sweet and then add in those fruit bubble. I had a few sips and had my fix of bubble tea for a long time. My friend got tiramisu and also thought it was way too sweet. Isn't there an option for it to not be so sweet?! I'm sure many others are happy about this addition to St. Cloud. read more

Although the drink started as a hit with Taiwanese schoolchildren, this drink isn't just for kids. Bubble tea is just like a iced tea--you just have a lot more fun drinking it, it consists of milk tea (many flavors) and fat tapioca balls sucked up through an equally fat straw. There are so many flavors and drink styles to choose from. These shops are ubiquitous in Asia and Cali, but this is the only one in town, so thank your lucky stars and try it! read more

This tea shop was very different than the one I had been used to. The menu was pretty small and there was a lot of information/options and to me it felt crammed. The overall space was very open, in a way that the space felt too big. I ordered a Thai tea with pearls (3.75+ pearls), waited a bit longer than I expected with only 3 other people in the place. I was handed a purple drink, and asked if it was taro. Without hesitation they corrected my drink, left me keep the taro one and I was handed a fresh Thai tea. Overall both drinks were fabulous, they didn't have a ton of ice in them, so they didn't stay cold that long. Next time I will ask if they'll do a Thai tea slush, cause that's my bubble tea jam. read more

I went there for the first time with my son today. First off wasn't impressed when we were completely ignored to even place an order, made you wonder what we were supposed to do. Once we were assisted I asked about unsweetened teas...THEY DON'T EXIST! You are required to DRINK calories, something I try hard not to do. I asked "well don't you brew your own teas, that I can get a naturally sweetened tea?" This is NOT that kind of tea shop apparently!! They do brew tea but add sweeteners right away. I got a strawberry slush which was very good a little sweet for a slushie. Though delicious! The store was very interesting looking likes the atmosphere though the staff was kind of disappointing. When I came in one guy was in the back and one was on his cell phone. Was bit greeted in anyway, when I approached the counter and asked for recommendations he seemed as if I was bothering him for asking. He suggested two but he didnt really sell them to me I wanted to try the whole bubble tea thing. Though I wasnt sure how I did it.
