Stopped by this bubble tea store First off it was empty but still felt chaotic inside The decor was very different with 2 giant teddy bears sitting on a sofa and very colorful things- very child oriented Staff were quiet- not very helpful with the menu I tried the Passionfruit flavored tea with the jelly bits which I now know i don't care for those bits It's a texture thing , plus it was too many of them , was hard to drink the actual tea read more

Not only is bubble tea delicious and environment amazing, but it has a spooky skull logo!!! Perfect would give 10 stars!

I bring my boys here and they always love it! The teas are always tasty!!! Service is okay, usually not very talkative.

How time really changes a place... if there wasn't employee's behind the counter and lights on... I'd assume this place was abandoned. The floor looks worn down and dirty. The product shelving is massive for the little items that house it. There never seems to be any products being sold on them other than random trinkets clearly wholesale bought off Temu. The decor truly has so much potential if only the owners put a little more money into the furniture pieces they selected. The futons are already dated and uncomfortable with crusty large bears to take up already limited seating. Like another reviewer stated, the vibe feels off and it doesn't have a welcoming appeal to stay to enjoy your drinks. The menu seems to have shrunk again (or they just don't list all their items), which is hard because you are not allowed to customize your own drinks. The pictures on the wall posters are not what the drinks actually look like, which is confusing. I don't know. I used to really enjoy coming here, when they first opened, and I would even make a special trip to this location- seeing as they are the closest speciality bubble tea shop to me (outside of driving to the twin cities area). I really hope that the owners decide to reevaluate a few things within their businesses because the Albertville location unfortunately isn't much better. read more

When my friend and I walked in, we asked the barista what her recommendations were. I would say the overall customer service was poor. I asked for a specific drink I saw on a poster near the menu, but I was given a completely different drink in the wrong size. The drink itself wasn't very good, so I was a little disappointed. I usually love trying new places. The overall space of the place was cute, with the teddy bears, paper lanterns, lights, and posters on the wall, but it felt a little empty. So overall, two stars for this specific bubble tea place. read more

Surprisingly authentic and good bubble tea place in St. Cloud MN. The cute decor is inviting and fun for a casual hangout with your peeps! The menu has both milk tea and fruit flavors (i.e., try the Mellon flavor if you can't decide). If you are more adventurous, you can try Taro or other Asian flavors as well. As in all authentic places, you can choose the level of sweetness (% sugar) and amount of ice, or you can have the server decide for you. I'm also excited to see shaved ice on the menu too with authentic toppings such as red beans, pudding, and herbal jelly!! What is this place doing in St. Cloud?! read more

So happy St. Cloud has a dedicated bubble tea shop. There are endless choices and possibilities it's great to see. A couple notes, they use milk powder so apparently you can't choose your milk which is unfortunate. And the calories on the scrolling ads and the door differed from the actual menu. This made ordering difficult for me. I ended up with the galaxy bubble tea which was very pretty. I had no idea it was going to be so tart and slushy though. It was still good. The popping yogurt bubbles were also tasty. They're very busy so make sure you go at an off time to avoid a long wait. read more

Love this place. It's the perfect spot to just come and chill. It's really close to St Cloud State so you'll see a ton of students coming in during lunch hours. They have a great selection of teas, dope music and great customer service. Give this place a shot read more

I wish this place is not on the other side of town but it's one of the best place to get bubble tea and other delicious drinks. My favorite is the 3Q milk tea..nice combo of yellow pudding, black herbal jelly and sweet soft chewy tapioca pearls..all about the sensory in your mouth. I got the refreshing passion fruit slushie and ice jelly this time..a little sourness from the ice jelly balanced out the sweetness from the passion fruit. I highly recommend their Blue Galaxy drink...it's like art in a drink, pretty with blue and purple. First discovered this chain in New York and I'm glad it's here! read more

Bubble teas were ok, but the space and vibe were so uncomfortable and awkward, we really found it hard to stay and enjoy our drinks.

Stopped TWO separate times now for a milk tea and they were out of tapioca pearls each time! The place is also so dirty- junk everywhere and garbage on the floor...as the employees just sit there on their phone when there isn't customers. Wouldn't recommend going out of your way to stop! read more

Been here a couple times now and each time I get something new. Really do love their bubble teas, especially anything mango flavored-- yum! There's usually only one or two people working whenever I've been but it's super fast and always made well. The atmosphere is cutesy, definitely anime inspired and the furniture makes it an experience just to go check out. Highly recommend as there are so few bubble tea options in the St. Cloud area! read more

Usually when I go here the service is great and I love there boba. Except I had gotten a taro crème brûlée drink and added tapioca, pudding and popping boba. The first time around I didn't get ANY of the toppings I had ordered. Like excuse me? I come here for the toppings sir. So I had politely told them that my toppings were missing, and apparently the receipt had said i only ordered the tapioca and popping boba. Ok... First Of all ordered three toppings and second, I still didn't get ANY topping. So they proceeded to remake my drink AND charge me for the third topping. Which I don't mind but they charged me for all three toppings and STILL FORGOT TO PUT MY PUDDING IN right after they had charged me again for the pudding. So, I'm sorry 0/10 would not recommend. The drink wasn't even delicious anymore. read more

I've never had bubble tea before coming here. The menu was overwhelming and when I asked for recommendations they told me too many. I didn't like my tea as it was way too sweet. I got the passion fruit. The tea was already super sweet and then add in those fruit bubble. I had a few sips and had my fix of bubble tea for a long time. My friend got tiramisu and also thought it was way too sweet. Isn't there an option for it to not be so sweet?! I'm sure many others are happy about this addition to St. Cloud. read more

So good and fun! We come here about once a month. Brown sugar tea with tapioca, mango with popping bubbles, and the Oreo drink are our most popular. Strawberry yakult was a fun order. The signature is delicious, too. read more

Vivi Bubble Tea has a large selection of flavors to choose from -- milk teas, fruit teas, slush, foam milk tea, and so much more -- and you'll definitely find one that you'll enjoy. Their signature drinks look amazing, and the blue galaxy drink is certainly Instagram worthy! * The tea : I had the blue galaxy tea with pearls (I couldn't resist not trying it -- it's an ombre bubble tea!) and wasn't disappointed. It is tangy but sweet, and I would highly recommend it if you like citrus flavors (lemon/lime). I can't wait to try the Flora tea and Matcha Red Bean tea next time! * The staff & space : The staff at Vivi are extremely friendly and helpful! They answered any questions I had and the person who made my bubble tea (I don't know his name, otherwise I'd say who it was) asked if it was my first time having the galaxy tea and showed me how to properly shake it for the cool ombre effect, which was really nice! The space is cute and there's enough seating for multiple groups. I love that it's close to campus as well, so if you wanted to go study with a group of friends for an hour and have some great bubble tea it's possible. * Overall impression : Vivi is my new favorite bubble tea spot in St.Cloud. With a large selection to choose from and friendly staff, you can't go wrong. I'd highly recommend stopping by Vivi for some tea! read more

Really good milk teas , they're out of the toppings a lot so I was a bit disappointed. The wait was pretty long but the atmosphere made it better. The second time I went they had a sign out saying closed until 6pm..I went to pull on the door and then waited in the car , but I guess only for certain people because they let other people inside to order :/ read more

Their stuff is tasty and I love the blue galaxy but they never ever have the popping bubble or toppings. It's going on about a month and counting. I used to love going here but they never have the toppings anymore. If the frozen yogurt place can have popping mango and strawberry why can't they?! I mean... it's boba. You're supposed to have the boba part. Otherwise why am I paying 6 dollars for juice/tea?! read more

Bubble tea, milk tea, pearl tea, tapioca tea, boba tea, boba nai cha, foam milk tea, momi milk tea, Q, whatever you call it, you'll call it delicious! Although the drink started as a hit with Taiwanese schoolchildren, this drink isn't just for kids. Bubble tea is just like a iced tea--you just have a lot more fun drinking it, it consists of milk tea (many flavors) and fat tapioca balls sucked up through an equally fat straw. There are so many flavors and drink styles to choose from. These shops are ubiquitous in Asia and Cali, but this is the only one in town, so thank your lucky stars and try it! read more

This tea shop was very different than the one I had been used to. The menu was pretty small and there was a lot of information/options and to me it felt crammed. The overall space was very open, in a way that the space felt too big. I ordered a Thai tea with pearls (3.75+ pearls), waited a bit longer than I expected with only 3 other people in the place. I was handed a purple drink, and asked if it was taro. Without hesitation they corrected my drink, left me keep the taro one and I was handed a fresh Thai tea. Overall both drinks were fabulous, they didn't have a ton of ice in them, so they didn't stay cold that long. Next time I will ask if they'll do a Thai tea slush, cause that's my bubble tea jam. read more

It was delicious and the best thing ever tasted in my life that I have ever tasted in my whole life

I went there for the first time with my son today. First off wasn't impressed when we were completely ignored to even place an order, made you wonder what we were supposed to do. Once we were assisted I asked about unsweetened teas...THEY DON'T EXIST! You are required to DRINK calories, something I try hard not to do. I asked "well don't you brew your own teas, that I can get a naturally sweetened tea?" This is NOT that kind of tea shop apparently!! They do brew tea but add sweeteners right away. All that aside...the wait was the worst part! We waited twenty-three minutes for two drinks and so did everyone else we watched (that didn't include their wait time just to place an order!!) read more

My friend and I ALWAYSSSSS come here whenever we're stressed with school, it's tradition. It's finals week, so we lack any motivation. So, we asked the workers (I believe one is a trainee and the other is alwaysss working, they're both sweethearts), we asked them to make us whatever they wanted and they did notttt disappoint. The customer service is always on point as are the drinks, 10/10 would recommend. read more

I got a strawberry slush which was very good a little sweet for a slushie. Though delicious! The store was very interesting looking likes the atmosphere though the staff was kind of disappointing. When I came in one guy was in the back and one was on his cell phone. Was bit greeted in anyway, when I approached the counter and asked for recommendations he seemed as if I was bothering him for asking. He suggested two but he didnt really sell them to me I wanted to try the whole bubble tea thing. Though I wasnt sure how I did it. Then i saw they offered toppings so I asked do you reccomend any or would any of them be good in what I ordered, yet again he was not very helpful. Would I go back? Honestly probably not, I get better service from my baristas so I'll stick with my local coffee shops. read more
