I called the owner and he set up a free estimate for a HVAC replacement at my house. This review is on my initial interaction and so far he's got five stars. He was super professional and friendly. I asked about a WiFi enabled thermostat and he is giving it to me at cost. He also offers a military service discount. So far I'm impressed with him. ------ Continuing - The owner of CATES, Chase, and his crew came today to install my new Heat/AC unit. I was at work so my wife dealt with them. She was really impressed with them. Not only were they friendly and professional, they even took time to answer my wife's questions and entertain three really curious children. They still get five stars. I will now recommend them when I gets the opportunity.

Probably the worst property management establishment in Georgia. The entire duration of my lease…read moreterm was full of misrepresentations, excess nickle and diming, and a landlord representative who is bipolar. The original unit was advertised for rent to include water, wifi, and cable. Up until the point first month's rent was due this was the way it was advertised. The landlord representative, made the biggest uproar about amending the lease to reflect a deduction in the rent for the misrepresentation. Likely due to her being bipolar, she snapped on us as tenants, and cursed us out due to our request of having the rent adjusted. Also, the the landlord representative delivered to us the apartment in a disgusting fashion!! The walls were covered in grease, oil, with stains. The carpets had dog hair, juice stains, and crumbs embedded. The kitchen stove had been plastered with hardened food, leftover dirty pots and pans. The refrigerator had been left with a hardened milk and juice spill and a rotten smell. I moved in on the day I arrived in Atlanta, and had to take off for the next 6 days for business travel. Once I returned with my fiancee we let the landlord representative know that we'd like to have the place clean. Biggest RIOT ever, the woman's bipolar kicked in and she had the nastiest attitude about having to call a cleaning crew. When the cleaning crew arrived they thought we were moving out! Then the landlord rep had the nerve to act as though she was doing us a favor! Like it was uncommon for landlords to clean units prior to people moving in them. The landlord rep then proceeded to strike even with me so she began to try to nickel and dime me for every little thing. When we first discussed the apartment, I was disappointed to hear the property management did not have an on-line database that allows tenants to pay directly for convenience and record keeping. She reassured me that it would be no issue, as I could pay over the phone free of charge and they would email me my receipt. This was done once, then when I went to pay for the second month she states that a 5% interest fee would be charged to use this service. So now I'm required to walk 6 blocks to the closest BB&T to deposit the money straight into their account. But wait there's more, the rent must be due by the 3rd. Despite the fact that the 1st is on a Friday and the 2nd and 3rd fall on a Saturday and Sunday respectively. I went out of town one week from Thursday to Monday, where there exist no Godforsaken BB&T to walk to. I return on Monday to pay the rent and what does my bipolar landlord representative have to say for the late rent? 10% fee charge! There is no sense of customer service at this establishment. If you're demanding any standard accommodations that other establishments typically afford you, the bipolar landlord representative seeks to bite you first, followed by an attack on your wallet. Do not rent from this establishment. Run!

Thomas spent less than 20 minutes and NEVER supplied the estimate. Then I called the company asking for invoice and estimate - several times! I spoke to admin Samantha 4xs and sent her a detailed 11 page inspection report on the plumbing...there was no miscommunication. Thomas and this company are a fraud! The job actually was just to replace my shower spigot which I could have done myself (i.e did not actually require particularly skilled labor) but I happened to be out of town and needed it done to avoid too much water loss. This company still demanded I pay hundreds more then the price they quoted me to help me out on a very simple plumbing task. It is my fault for not asking for a printed out quote but stay away from any company that lacks integrity. I would not have given a harsh review if they did the right thing by sticking to their word after I spoke to the office manager and doing the job for the quoted price but they demanded I pay the higher price, very dishonest.
