There is new office staff and they are doing there best to get this place back on top. Also they have a great guy as the maintenance man, also with very little help, he does his best. Also the sewage has been fixed they got a whole new system put in. Also its not all the parks fault about how things look, there are people that have no respect they mess up the bath house and when I say its the residents or folks coming in here that are not supposed to be here and they clog the toilets up break the toilet paper things off the wall the paper towel things off the wall along with the soap things and its the men residents or young teens from the trailer park going in messing things up.. some folks have no respect. The person that cleans the shower house is tired of nasty folks, we are lucky to still have the bath house up and running. Folks need to grow up and clean up after there self. Also the swimming pool had problems a summer ago and had to have some work done. also the pool is open now and is great. there are a lot more chairs and launge chairs to lay in the sun. also the complaint about the yards and folks having crap every where well for the RV side stuff in the yard makes it hard to cut the grass. and if you have couches just junk and trash all around your camper you should clean that crap up. also the office folks or maintenance cant help the cats that's everywhere. also there shouldn't be any dogs running around. The play ground is always full of kids all ages. I have family that lives here and no complaints other than the bath house and the doors not locking and anyone can just go up in there. o and yes we need the laundry house back up and running. But over all its a good place to stay. Great office staff and a great maintenance man, whom does his best !

Well the lady in the office said that she would email them and tell them what's going on. By the time we left the office she said they were not going to call us and said they said there was nothing they could do about our situation. The place is always flooded and they alway turn the water off without telling you. Cops are always in there people getting shot. Kids out all hours of the night. I would never recommend anyone to live here. They don't care about the people in there they only care about the money. The pools are never open. You can only have one trash can and half of the time they don't even pick that up. This place has really bad roaches and rats. Something needs to be done.

Park has raised rent by 100% in the last 25 years…read more Playground is an empty area with rusty metal pieces coming out of the ground. Potholes are a frequent problem. Water leaks are ignored for days . Pool is frequently closed during the summer months. Unused plots don't get frequent upkeep. The lake has garbage in it. They no longer stock the lake. Dumpsters are used by people outside the community and nothing is done to stop it. No parking area for trailers, boats or RV's. Community room is a joke that is the size of a Child's bedroom.

After signing all of the necessary paperwork I was handed my keys and was told that everything was closed. Lo and behold a month later the mortgage company told me that they were still waiting on the closing documents to be turned in. The office allowed my closing to fall through the cracks due to incompetence and disorganization. Make sure you familiarize yourself with the manufacturered homebuying process before considering this property, as to prevent a similar experience to mine. Overall, the staff is still pretty nice, just nice and incompetent, and the neighborhood is still beautiful and quiet.
