It's about the level of service that my Team and I are receiving currently. The staff and management have been very considerate of my Companies needs and requirements, as with any new Managment Team I expect changes to occur that will affect my Team. These changes have been positive and have in fact enhanced my ability to operate through the change of Management. Thank you for taking care of my Team and we hope that they have continued success.

She is the main reason why I joineddx, and she came highly recommended by my financial accountant. As you can guess, her reputation was impeccable and preceded her and she was willing to work with her clients to insure success of the office as well as the individual tenants. When executive suites was bought out and placed under new management, I noticed a serious deterioration in quality of service, not to mention a couple serious changes which violated my legally binding contract. Without going into too much detail...I experienced several serious breaches in my contract on behalf of the property management which as we all know, a contract is legally binding to protect the commercial tenant. I was also given misinformation from new property management which I know was a matter of fact was incorrect and a misrepresentation of information. Disputing their discrepancies was not worth the headache but I wo ukd strongly  encourage everyone to approach this property with caution and legal representation and to cover all bases. I would also encourage  you to talk to tenants to get their perspective on their experience s that you know exactly what situation is before you before obligating yourself legally. Aesthetically it is a nice building but slow on maintenance of building and health club equipment. The equipment broke on me which is dangerous, and to date they do not have an insured gym nor do they have staff that is CPR/AED certified. There is no AED on premises which is a definitely flag. That being said explore your options THOROUGHLY, and if necessary, talk to as many people as possible including myself to hear about our experiences.

Set in an old historic building, this place just reeks of character. High ceilings, glass enclosed private offices, and an open work area for collaboration and mingling. Nice room in the back for meetings and workshops. Fresh Hot Coffee always available and a perk. It is an ideal place for the entrepreneur on the go and the small business owner with a home office that needs to get out into the daylight and be with other innovative entrepreneurs. Check them out on EventBright to see what workshops and pitch events are planned. Local business networking groups meet there on a monthly basis. ONLY DOWNSIDE - Parking is tricky. They are bookended by two businesses that own the neighboring parking lots on either side and behind 15 Perry and are none too happy when people park there (even if their own parking lots rarely fill up). The lot across the street is the employee lot for the post office and although almost always pretty empty they now have LARGE warning signs about parking there. There is a parking lot around the corner that you can park in and parking on the street near by is usually pretty easy, but just plan accordingly when you arrive the first time so you don't discover you have to re-park to avoid the boot or a ticket.

When we moved to South Atlanta, I didn't think there'd be as much of a desire for a coworking space, but 15 Perry Street has been booked to the max since the day they opened. Their space is welcoming and has all the comforts of a large office building, but at a fraction of the price. My favorite part though are the many training opportunities that are offered there... between 1 Million Cups and the South Atlanta Business Association, it feels like there's always something going on.
