I wanted to post a review of Execute Suites, am a long-term Tenant, possibly 5 yrs at this…read morelocation. This is not a review of one management team or the other. It's about the level of service that my Team and I are receiving currently. The staff and management have been very considerate of my Companies needs and requirements, as with any new Managment Team I expect changes to occur that will affect my Team. These changes have been positive and have in fact enhanced my ability to operate through the change of Management. Thank you for taking care of my Team and we hope that they have continued success.

Aberdeen Suites was great under the caring, watchful eye of Amy Lee Abraham who took care of each of…read moreher clients. She is the main reason why I joineddx, and she came highly recommended by my financial accountant. As you can guess, her reputation was impeccable and preceded her and she was willing to work with her clients to insure success of the office as well as the individual tenants. When executive suites was bought out and placed under new management, I noticed a serious deterioration in quality of service, not to mention a couple serious changes which violated my legally binding contract. Without going into too much detail...I experienced several serious breaches in my contract on behalf of the property management which as we all know, a contract is legally binding to protect the commercial tenant. I was also given misinformation from new property management which I know was a matter of fact was incorrect and a misrepresentation of information. Disputing their discrepancies was not worth the headache but I wo ukd strongly  encourage everyone to approach this property with caution and legal representation and to cover all bases. I would also encourage  you to talk to tenants to get their perspective on their experience s that you know exactly what situation is before you before obligating yourself legally. Aesthetically it is a nice building but slow on maintenance of building and health club equipment. The equipment broke on me which is dangerous, and to date they do not have an insured gym nor do they have staff that is CPR/AED certified. There is no AED on premises which is a definitely flag. That being said explore your options THOROUGHLY, and if necessary, talk to as many people as possible including myself to hear about our experiences.

I booked massages through GroupOn with the group that offers that service in this location. Had…read morethe honor of having both ladies work on my aching old body. Both were good. Debbie is good with kinetic issues and working through compressed muscle matters. You can book an appt with her by calling: 404-790-1378. She is mostly available at nights and weekends. Her partner, Faun is good with deep tissue and pressure points, with a bit of chinese pressure point methodology thrown in. She also will give you recommendations on things you can do at home to self service. She can be reached at 678-449-7504 and works mostly days and an occasional Saturday. The good - the both take the time to understand your issues and will focus on that matter The good - Their regular rates seem to be reasonable. Much better than Massage Envy, and you the personalized service is worth it. The bad - The count 45 min as an hour. Your hour massage doesn't include time on the table, it includes the chit chat, the changing of the clothes, the filling out paperwork, the getting dressed at the end. Could be because they were already getting a tiny amount of money because of Groupon, but I still felt sad that I didn't get the full hour. The massage was so good I didn't want it to end and was bummed when it did and did it early. I have gotten so out of habit of paying full price for a massage, but if I was to pay full price, I'd probably do it with these ladies, but I would be VERY CLEAR....I'm paying for an hour and you better damn well give it to me ...but in a nice way :)

I left a message and the 1st time, it took a full day to get a return call and then the next time, it took 2 days and they never called back. I drove over to the location and got an appointment for my mother and I for 2 chair massages as we have medical issues that prevent us from getting the traditional table massage. They called me the next day to cancel my appointment because their massage chair had be run over (they weren't sure who). Coincidentally I am over 250 pounds and I am wondering if the did not want to accommodate me because of my weight. It is funny how a massage chair can get run over the very next day after I made an appointment. Either way, they are not good at returning phone calls for massages. Too bad, the location is convenient for me and it is a really cute old house and I would have loved to try the Yoga and the Art Classes as well.... They didn't even offer to make an appointment for another service or a discount for the inconvenience or an offer for another appointment at a later date when they buy a new chair (after all this is a business necessity for massage therapists right?). The charge $40 for a 30 minute chair massage and $60 for a full one hour massage, you would think that they would love to do 30 minute chair massage since they make more money if they do 2 back to back like we had scheduled???? Awfully funny how they just let me and my mother's business walk right out the door without trying to keep us as customers. It is a small town, so I will make sure to let everybody that I know that they apparently don't need business. Maybe they will take these types of comments to heart and hire somebody to return calls if they are too busy. Or maybe they are so busy that they do not need any more business????
