She asked my friend what he does and showed adulatory looks when she heard my friend is an engineer and didn't care about my existence anymore. And yeah, she didn't even want to waste time asking what I do. Then she gave us a visit tour and only asked if my friend had any questions without even looking at me. The AC unit is cheap and flooded a bedroom and the garage. They required ME to move the furniture in order to have the floors replaced. They have not compensated me in any way due to this and I had items ruined in my garage as a result of the flood. I've been paying for amenities that we did not have. They have gone above and beyond for me several times when I've been somewhat problematic. And they are always doing fun things for the community.
