And yeah, she didn't even want to waste time asking what I do. Then she gave us a visit tour and only asked if my friend had any questions without even looking at me. The AC unit is cheap and flooded a bedroom and the garage. They required ME to move the furniture in order to have the floors replaced. They have not compensated me in any way due to this and I had items ruined in my garage as a result of the flood. I've been paying for amenities that we did not have. The pool just opened this week yet I've been here over a year. I do NOT recommend this community.

They have gone above and beyond for me several times when I've been somewhat problematic. And they are always doing fun things for the community. And our maintenance guys Patrick and David are the absolute best! Very top tier guys and keep everything around our homes, pool and grounds very orderly and maintained. Crystal told me this was none of my business. Trash overflows due to illegal dumping. Management puts up obviously fake cameras. They know there's a problem but take no real steps to solve it. Crystal told me this was none of my business. The gate has been stuck open for months, allowing thieves to come in and break into several vehicles, including mine.
