I never felt pressured, and her professionalism and friendly attitude made a lasting impression. If I decide to move in the future, this community will definitely be at the top of my list because of the great service I received. Highly recommend reaching out to Lauren if you're looking for a helpful and informed leasing experience!"

I deeply regret signing a one-year lease here. The way management has treated me is unacceptable. A…read morenice-looking property does not make up for rude communication, added charges, and what I see as selective enforcement. Last month, after a new assistant manager arrived, I received an email and a letter about a "pet violation," followed by a phone call telling me I would be charged $600. The call felt aggressive and intimidating. When I tried to respond, the assistant manager said, "Let me finish," and kept talking. The conversation escalated, with both of us raising our voices. This was completely unprofessional. A manager should be capable of handling a disagreement without getting into an argument with a resident. My animals are emotional support animals, and I already had supporting documentation. My understanding was that pet rent and deposits should not apply to them. The previous manager had never told me where to complete the property's registration process. I had been living here for eight months. Before calling me to demand $600, someone could have taken the time to understand the situation and explain the process. That is basic customer service. I then spoke with the property manager, who agreed to wait while the issue was being resolved. Yet pet rent was still added to my account without anyone even notifying me. What was the point of that conversation if charges were going to be added anyway? Adding charges after agreeing to wait, without an explanation, is unacceptable. I had previously received a warning for not immediately picking up after my dog and for allowing my dog off leash behind my apartment when no one else was around. I acknowledged that warning. A few days later, my dog's leash accidentally slipped off because it was too loose. My dog was off leash for approximately two minutes. About five minutes later, I received a notice imposing a $100 fine. I went to the office, explained that it was an accident, and asked them to reconsider. They refused. They also told me they had filmed the incident. Learning that it had been recorded without my knowledge made an already upsetting situation even worse. Today, I put my trash outside earlier than usual because I was sick and needed to rest after taking medication. When I stepped outside around 5:50 p.m., I was informed that I had already been charged $50 for violating the trash set-out hours. A neighboring apartment also had trash outside at the same time. I asked my neighbor, and they told me they had not received a fine. That difference in treatment is infuriating. Since the dispute over the proposed $600 charge, I have felt targeted, and this incident reinforced that feeling. If management is going to enforce a rule, I expect it to be enforced consistently. My base rent is approximately $1,500, but with the added charges, I pay close to $2,000 a month. The charges keep piling up on my resident account. I am left feeling pressured to pay charges I dispute because I worry that leaving them unpaid will result in even more penalties. I am fed up with this. Having the authority to add charges to a resident's account does not excuse dismissive treatment or poor communication. I pay a substantial amount to live here, and I expect basic professionalism and fair treatment. I should not have to fight with the office to have my concerns taken seriously. This entire situation could have been handled with a straightforward conversation and clear instructions. Instead, I am angry, disappointed, and stuck regretting a one-year lease. Look beyond the appearance of this property and pay close attention to the fees and how residents are treated. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here.

They have gone above and beyond for me several times when I've been somewhat problematic. And they are always doing fun things for the community. And our maintenance guys Patrick and David are the absolute best! Very top tier guys and keep everything around our homes, pool and grounds very orderly and maintained. You can see from our photos we enjoy our doggy park, hummingbirds from our balcony, walks around community and celebrating Marie's birthdays in our home.

This complex was nice a few years ago but has been going rapidly downhill…read more Several broken down and clearly abandoned cars have been left to rust, taking up several of our limited number of parking spaces. Crystal told me this was none of my business. Trash overflows due to illegal dumping. Management puts up obviously fake cameras. They know there's a problem but take no real steps to solve it. Crystal told me this was none of my business. The gate has been stuck open for months, allowing thieves to come in and break into several vehicles, including mine. Crystal told me this was none of my business. The property manager only came out to tell me to leave once I told a prospective resident about everything I had experienced here. I guess I'm bad for business.

We have lived here for two years, and honestly, we really enjoyed living here at first. The…read moreproperty isn't perfect, it's an older community that was remodeled, but we understood that older buildings require more maintenance. Thankfully, the maintenance team USED to be fantastic. They were responsive, professional, and trustworthy. Unfortunately, things changed dramatically after management changed. Since Cori left, living here has become increasingly frustrating. New rules started appearing that made little sense, such as restrictions on patio rugs and curtains. Residents were also required to place trash cans inside before 9:00 a.m. or face a $100 fee. Several neighbors told us they were charged without even realizing it until the fee appeared to be already removed from their bank account??? What has been most concerning is the turnover in maintenance staff. Some of the best maintenance employees either quit or were terminated, and service quality has suffered significantly with only one guy left who sits on his phone for hours?? Our air conditioning has broken down more than FIVE TIMES this summer alone. With Georgia's heat and humidity, this is not a minor inconvenience, it's a serious issue!! As a result of the repeated AC failures, we are now dealing with moisture and mold concerns in our apartment. We have reported these issues and requested assistance, but the response has been so disappointing, they came to check for leaks which I told them it wasn't a leak, it was because our AC KEEPS breaking. We are currently trying to terminate our lease early due to our health issues with the mold and have asked management to waive the associated fees due to the ongoing maintenance and habitability concerns. So far, there has been zero willingness to work with us which is crazy because we have been having these issues for a while. What is most frustrating is feeling like the well-being of residents is no longer a priority. We have invested two years into this community and never expected to leave this way. Based on our recent experience, I cannot recommend living here. The property itself has potential, but the current management and handling of resident concerns have made it a place we are eager to leave. Run while you still can!

My boyfriend and I chose this as our first apartment together post-grad after visiting six complexes and touring The Dylan three times. Unfortunately, our experience has been overshadowed by an ongoing AC issue. We moved in June 2026 and submitted our first maintenance request days later. Since then, we have reported the same issue repeatedly, sometimes 2-3 times per week. Maintenance responds, but the fixes have consistently been temporary. We were eventually given a brand-new indoor AC unit and thought the problem was finally resolved, but on August 12, it stopped working properly again. Their temporary solution is a portable AC unit that can realistically cool only one room. I have a ferret who is my emotional support animal and needs to remain below 77°F, so I have to choose between keeping the portable AC near her or using it to cool the room I am in. I should not be paying this much in rent to come home after work or spend my weekends sweating inside my apartment. The portable unit also significantly increases our electricity usage. When the central AC works properly, we use around 13 kWh per day. When relying on the portable unit, usage jumps into the high 20s and can approach 30 kWh. After more than two months of repeated requests, a portable AC is not a permanent solution. Had we known this would be our experience, we would never have signed our lease, and we will not be renewing. Please proceed with caution when considering this community.
