The AC unit is cheap and flooded a bedroom and the garage. They required ME to move the furniture in order to have the floors replaced. They have not compensated me in any way due to this and I had items ruined in my garage as a result of the flood. I've been paying for amenities that we did not have. The pool just opened this week yet I've been here over a year. I do NOT recommend this community.

They have gone above and beyond for me several times when I've been somewhat problematic. And they are always doing fun things for the community.
