With the current management, I have only consistently interacted with one person (Gabby), and she has been very dismissive. My experience: The apartment was not move‑in ready. They could have easily given me a ready to move-in apartment but chose not to despite being informed of availability if the current one did not meet my liking. - Dirty and partially painted walls in some areas - Toilet flushometer not working in one bedroom - Window blinds missing the adjustment stick and a hole in the net - Kitchen garbage disposal not working - Balcony door did not lock securely - Kitchen cabinet hinges and handles are poorly installed and loose - Water fixtures like hose bibs are poorly installed in both bedroom bathroom - A big whole approx. 7 inches in diameter under the kitchen sink - No trash can provided, despite being charged valet trash fees - Dishwasher not working - Floor vibrates and shakes when the HVAC unit is turned on (both cooling and heating) (The last three issues are still unresolved as of this post. Several maintenance tickets were submitted before the dishwasher was finally addressed, yet it remains unresolved.) Despite all these issues, I had no choice but to take the apartment because I was relocating from Texas and was out of state. I gave management two months to fix everything before I returned. Those two months I continued to pay rent for an apartment with no furniture moved in. When I came back after those two months, nothing had been fixed. I then had to submit maintenance requests myself, and even now, these issues continue to go unresolved. (I will upload pictures later)

Not to mention, as I was moving out Maintenace came into my apartment when I was not home and STOLE belongings for my car that I put inside the unit to make space in my trunk. When Managment was notified about this incident Keisha who was the Property manager at the time insisted no one went into my unit and stole anything! We submitted a work order at 7 a.m., and now it's 10 p.m., yet no one has come to fix it. It's inhumane to have people live under these conditions. Also, the new property manager doesn't communicate at all, they don't post notices on the door to inform us of maintenance visits to update something in the apartment. Nowadays, people may be armed and should be informed if someone is planning to enter their residence. Additionally, she doesn't inform the residents about rent increases until the day the bill is presented.

I had over 10 office maangers…read morethat did barely anything to the comple..They lasted about a year then another one..but I moved in June 24 cause I thought my lease was up and fortunately I had found a house for me my son&my 80year old aunt had to come stay there in the living room because of her illness&i was not putting her in a home..anyway I told the lady in the office I had to move cause I couldn't let my aunt live in the living room and I was not signing another lease.. liked the area even though the apartments was old inside and out.. had to do what I could to afford somewhere to stay.. anywho this new manager lied&trying to sue me for 800$ talking about I didn't clean up the apartment..my carpet which was the original for 15+years was still good but dirty&the apartment was so old&raggely but I still made sure it was completely empty not 1piece of trash left.. have a excellent credit score and never was late paying rent.. Temporary repairs haven't solved the problem, and no alternatives have been offered, such as moving to another unit. This has been especially difficult since my daughter has a disability and reliable air is essential for her comfort. My electric bill has also gone up due to the system running inefficiently. I truly hope management provides a permanent solution instead of temporary fixes.

Ms. Lashon is the sweetest and would literally give you the shirt off of her back. She goes above and beyond to help her residents as much as possible. I haven't had any roach problems or anything drastic happen since I've been living here. Its a wonderful place to stay, very peaceful and NO CRIME WHATSOEVER. More than 1 police officer lives out here so i feel very safe in this community. Don't hesitate to make this your next home I LOVE IT HERE!!!! I will be renewing my lease next year if it's the Lord's will. I don't plan to move any time soon!

Point Street in East Point, GA 30344. My observations below occurred in broad daylight and during peek hours after I was instructed to electronically sign the leasing agreement the night before receiving the key. These daylight behaviors are indicative of comfort and complacency with criminal and intimidation norms. There were thugs passive aggressively bogarting the driveway to the parking area of the apartments. There was a female panderer begging me for clothes and shoes as she claimed to be homeless and picked at the sores on her face and boobs without discretion. Additionally, I spent less than 1-hour there and could not stop scratching myself. Upon getting back to my old residence, I noticed tracks of small bug bites indicative of an infestation of some sort. As I felt I was compromising my safety by attempting to sleep in this apartment, I requested to cancel the contract within the 24-hour window: Actually 16-hours. All of my emails, text messages, and phone calls fell on deaf ears and were not returned. I was polite and requested fairness as I returned the key within the 1st 24-hour period; did not move in; and made every effort to communicate my concerns for safety. Silence is not the way I run my own business, so I am offended by the lack of response in this window of time: Currently 53-hours. Don't make the same mistake I did.
