WARNING, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC…read more I am absolutely disgusted with how The Cedar House Clinic have "dealt" with my complaint following a treatment that didn't go as expected. For months I tried to reach out to them and after many failed attempts I finally had a meeting with the general manager and Mr Good who promised to help rectify the problem. During the meeting they made me feel like a huge inconvenience and pretended to not understand why I was so upset. This was over 6 months ago and I still haven't heard an update and they are now ignoring my emails and phone calls. I am so shocked that a business can be so unprofessional and sloppy in how they treat their clients. I please urge you all to rethink before going to this clinic because they don't care about your wellbeing. Please do your research and chose somewhere more professional, trustworthy and who actually take pride in their work. Your face, body and soul will thank you.

When I had my consultation all the relevant treatment options were explained to me in full detail and I never felt pressurised to making any decisions there and then. When I had my treatment every stage was fully explained. I would definitely highly recommend this clinic.
