I moved here from Probert Road Health Centre. Thank god I did. Probert Road was a nightmare compared to here. My GP at Probert Road never seemed to help me, explain anything or answer any of my questions properly. Everything was solved by coming back in 2 weeks. Everything. My GP - and all the stand-in GPs I've had at Lower Green have been great. They answer my questions promptly, diagnose me and explain what's going on clearly. They have then prescribed appropriate medication and advice on exactly how to deal with any condition I've had. Waiting room is relaxed with audio and visual cues. Rooms are well labelled. There's two receptionists serving and there's also a self-check in computer so a lot of people don't even have to go to the desk to check in to an appointment. There's also a pharmacy basically in the waiting room. Bonus! Sufficient parking. read more
