This is the main sexual health clinic in Wolverhampton and is always very busy. The staff are really great, from the receptionists to the nurses themselves. There is a large waiting room where you wait till you get called, and then you go upstairs into a smaller waiting room with magazines and a tv until the nurse calls you in. unfortunately, it is not very accessible for disabled visitors once you are called upstairs, but you can always ask over the phone before visiting, or on the appointment day, to see if it is possible for you to be assessed in the rooms on the ground floor instead. They are always very prompt, but beware that on drop in clinic days it can get ridiculously busy and so you have to take a number card and hope for the best, but be prepared to wait a few hours to be seen. read more

I visited the Snow Hill Centre with a friend. The staff was very friendly and yes the wait was long. Simply put if you need your external organs examined and somebody to put your mind at rest then this is the place to goto. Just remember to wear a wig and sunglasses just in case you bump into somebody you know! Lol XX read more
