My first impression was a professional and clean office. I was greeted and treated well. Comfortable chairs, information and entertainment on the tv's. My cleaning went well. I asked about other services and went in my way. 6 months later after a move I start thinking about if I missed my 6 month check up. I keep putting it off till I get a friendly reminder. I was very grateful for the call and scheduled. I showed up early as now I live on the other side of town but did not want to switch since I had a good experience. They re-arranged their schedules and got me in. Now I have a good dental history so I was not expecting problems. Well, bummer too bad, too sad an old filling was leaking. Cavity!!! I was informed of costs. I was given options for financing. I was told you could finish my appointment and fix it later. My point is I was well informed. I was given options. I felt no pressure. In fact I felt if anything they were overly concerned I was going to flip out on the price of fixing my cavity. So now I'm writing my review and after reading the other two poor reviews- I'm sad I did not write it sooner. Dr. Kim is new to the office and she was friendly calm and she adjusted my filling bite perfectly and called me to check on how I was feeling. The assistant's were very kind and also professional. Now the kind receptionist was given the task of going over the expense. This must not be easy because people get angry with her. It's not her fault you did not brush your teeth or floss, or that your cavity is leaking. Bless her heart for having to deal with people and their wallets. I certainly would not want one of their jobs they have to do everyday to feed their family. I don't think I could eat after staring into mouths all day and smelly breath. Thank them, you need them. Give them the respect they deserve. I drove one hour to see them and they bent over backwards to do their job. I recommend thus office and keep the other two reviews In the closet. I will be back in 6 months!

I was back in town the Monday after Christmas and they could get me in to see Dr. linn the next day for a preliminary look at things. The staff here are very kind and friendly as is Dr. Linn. She was efficient, yet took the time to explain what I was dealing with as far as my issue was concerned and in great detail. Another appointment was booked where she was able to determine further treatment options. I recommend this practice and will become a regular, rather than just an emergency, patient!

The last time we went, they told my daughter she had four cavities and I wasn't feeling confident about that so I went to get a second opinion. I was turned onto this place with high recommendations. The person who I originally went to see has left the practice, the new person is Dr. Christina Lynn, DMD. I feel that she is a very honest Dentist. Today was my first visit with her. I went in for my six month cleaning with Eric who is the dental hygienist and then Dr. Lynn came in to give me my exam. She was awesome, everyone there from Ashley who answers the phone, to Eric who cleaned my teeth, to Dr. Lynn who did my exams, everything was wonderful. Hi head set up appointments with my entire family on different days to get their teeth cleaned and other dental things done that was going on. I feel confident that Dr. Lin knows what she is doing. I WOULD recommend this place.

Where to start....I hate dentists (Yes I said it) I have had some pretty hardcore dental treatment…read moreand care since I was 8 years old (yes I was that child). I have had horrible experiences, good experiences, and ok experiences. Needless to say over the years of experience I am like a "Wine Sommelier" of dentists. I found Ken Caryl Dental Center after doing extensive research on dentists in the area. Yes, I had fired my previous dentist (not to be named) in Lone Tree, and was on the hunt. I made a standard teeth cleaning, and dental exam appointment with Dr. Rand to test them out. Might I say it was as close to "Love At First Sight" as it can get. Dr. Rand is an amazing dentist. First off he cares, and if he doesn't he is one heck of an actor and should quit dentistry and move to Hollywood. He takes time to make sure you get what you want. I had a dental implant that was done 10 years ago. I had never put a permanent crown on it, and after gaining some trust with Dr. Rand I mentioned that I would like to start this process. As he began the process he was not comfortable with loading down my implant without an opinion of a perio. Fun fact, the perio who did my implant was still in town and he was able to get ahold of her. After an appointment with her they both gave the recommendation not to load down the current implant. Why waste $1000's of dollars for my permanent crown, and have it fail in a few years? (TOTALLY MY FAULT FOR THE FIRST FAILURE) Needless to say that's when things got complicated! I had my old implant removed (by my perio), bone graft, and new implant placed (4 months later). What does a general dentist have to do with my implant you ask? A lot actually! Due to all of this happening while I was moving halfway across the country my treatment plan needed to be coordinated and differ a little bit from the "Norm". Dr. Rand worked after hours with my perio (Who also got a killer review) on my treatment plan from start to finish. I have never seen two doctors from separate offices work, and communicate like this EVER! From pre-surgery, to surgery, to post surgery everything has worked seamlessly! Did I mention that I don't even live in Denver anymore? That's right I travel back because of the trust I had in my dentists performing this treatment. I will also continue to travel back for all of my treatments and finishing this one. About 10 days after my implant surgery, and not being in Denver I was feeling some looseness in my healing abutment and temporary crown. I called Dr. Rand explained to him over the phone of what was taking place, and he explained what the potential problems could be. Instead of having me travel back he called a dentist in the area I am at that he knew to take a look at me. I must say good dentists must know good dentists because who he sent me to was wonderful to work with (he will also be getting an amazing review). The problem was exactly what Dr. Rand had mentioned and it was taken care of. For him to personally check in on me, and ensure that everything was getting taken care of (after hours) is what I consider above and beyond. I have worked with Dr. Rand the most (hence why I have talked about him), and I am not trying to take anything away from Dr. Goral. The few times I have seen Dr. Goral (when Dr. Rand was out of the office) he has been great as well. I honestly would feel comfortable with either dentist. Enough about dentists let's talk about the office staff and the ladies in the back! You can't get a better office staff then what they have! From the ladies in the front always working to get me treatment plan estimates, scheduling, etc. They always have a smile on, and give you a warm welcome (even with a mask these days). The dental assistants and hygienists In the back are just as good. They truly listen, care, and are amazing. I might add I have never once had a bad experience in this office. I think it might be time Dr. Rand and Dr. Goral look at some good raises or bonuses for these ladies (Y'all can thank me later).

I recommend them to anybody that asks about or talks about going to the dentist! I did not go for…read moreyears because past dentists did not treat me nicely. Dr. Rand takes the time to explain to you everything he is doing while he is doing it. He never blames you for having cavities or makes you feel bad. I ended up having 9 cavities and he worked through 3 different visits to fix them all. He is awesome and all of the ladies that work there are super nice as well! Plus now I have a bunch of cool selfies :')

Had only come in prior to a very pleasant staff and great cleanings. In this case, we looked at an x-ray together and it was clear that I was in for some time in the chair for a root canal. Those words usually strike fear in many of us... he explained everything he was going to do and stopped to let me know what was happening every step along the way. On my first visit (for a cleaning), I was told I needed to return for a filling. I was given an appointment date and time. I emailed and they said that, yes, I did need a filling, please come back in a couple of weeks. When I go back, the dentist and assitant are in the middle of a conversation and stop for a few seconds to ask "Got any plans for the weekend?" But they walk out while I'm answering their question. That was the last time dentist spoke to me until he walked out of the room for good. Everything about this place has been inconvenient and weird.
