Anytime I asked questions, her responses were short, rude, and delivered with an attitude that made me feel like I was bothering her for simply trying to understand my own education plan. Her incompetence and lack of professionalism are the driving factors in my decision to leave this program. As a veteran, I worked hard to earn my benefits.
