I was called at 11:50am to be told the barber scheduled for me had called in sick and that there was to way that same day to accommodate me. I explained my brother also has an appointment and that he would have to cancel. I also explained we lived an hour away and we're already on the road. Not a care in the world from hammer and nails. They couldn't do anything. Instead of having a bad phone call and being rude, I hung up. My brother called to cancel and the same girl didn't show a care in the world. I set them an email about this and the manager replied (I believe same day) and reached out calling me and leaving a voicemail with their personal number to call back. It was a Saturday, I worked Sunday, so I waited to call Monday. I called that number and there was no answer and no voicemail was set up. Never heard a thing since. I dropped the whole thing until I was reminded of it today. Maybe I'll try another location one day. My brother still wants to go back.
