I was so reluctant to choose this shop and will continue to give them my business. The shop was both clean and welcoming; I was thoroughly impressed with the service and quality of the haircut! Both Richard and Victor went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, continuously asked for my feedback, all while working efficiently. I asked for a tape up and small design with Victor and I am satisfied. To note, all the barbers seem to be skilled; they will ask what you're looking for and even details. I arrived at 4:29 PM, parked my car out front, and walked in the door at exactly 4:30 PM. The place appeared busy, but Lacy was still prepared for my arrival. He had never cut my hair before, but apparently could see how I had previously had it done and only needed a little more information. He asked a few questions, and got right to work. His conversation was pleasant, and as was that of the other barbers in the shop, but more importantly, it didn't appear to get in the way of the haircut. The experience overall was positive. In the end, I was extremely satisfied with my cut, and I would highly recommend Lacy to anyone looking for a barber in Bridgeport.
