Awesome shop with knowledgeable guys who go out of their way to help customers. Great shop for hunters.

Dropped my bow off and they custom made and installed a new string, peep and sight in less than a weeks time. Brought my son in to pick up my bow and they took the time to get his bow tuned to him. They figured out that his sight was mounted in the wrong available holes, which is why he was out of adjustment. I had just purchased the bow from a pawn shop. Now he's dialed at 40 yards! read more

My two boys 7 and 4 got starter kits for Christmas at the recommendation of this establishment. My boys have since lost the arrows that came with the kits so we stopped by to get some new ones and I was blown away at how helpful Chris and Jason both were. After helping us pick out some arrows we headed to the range for a bit and they both came over at different times to help give pointers on how to make beginning archery fun for us as I have no idea where to begin. They had other things to do and didn't have to give us the extra time but did it anyway... thanks guys! We will be back. read more

Stopped by to have a bow tuned which I bought at Cabelas. These guys were pure professionals. Honest advice, clear explanations and outstanding service. I had my bow tuned and adjusted, had a set of Easton 6.5 arrows built, and shot my new rest with the fresh arrows before I left. Can I give this shot 10 stars? read more

I had just bought a used compound bow that I had no idea what condition it was in. I took it here to help get it inspected, set up, and ready for elk season. These guys were great! Set the bow up to my specs, set the poundage to what a I asked for, and gave my bow a good inspection. He found one of my arrows had a broken fletching so he put a brand new one on for $1. I would recommend this store first before you head anywhere else for archery, they have a great selection and extremely knowledgeable staff. read more

I started going to Riverside Archery quite a while back. I was not attacked by a sales person when I walked in the store, as I looked for a few moments the staff offered to assist me. I didn't know anything about archery beyond shooting a bow with some wooden arrows when I was a kid many years before. They helped me figure out the draw length, of the equipment and they began to set up a few bows to help me with what I needed to know as to not hurt myself. I have since bought several bows for other members of my family from them and will continue to recommend them to everyone else. They are not arrogant and don't force their opinions or themselves on you. They help educate you, do quality repair work, and are nice folks to hang out with occasionally. I whole heartedly recommend Riverside Archery and their staff. I wished I lived closer so I could get to the shop a little more often. read more

Riverside Archery is located in a convenient spot only a short jaunt away from my place. From the outside the store front looks like any WA run of the mill store, with nothing to fancy for this dreary landscape. Seeing that I had recently taken an interest Archery with my Lady I was more than elated to find a neat place to gear up and garner some Archery knowledge. Anyways, as soon as I stepped foot across the threshold I was immediately impressed by the indoor range they have set up and I even watched a few arrows fly shot by a customers using the range. However, that's just about where the good impression halts to a dead stop. About 5 Washingtonians were staring at me like I had 4 heads, until one bold gentleman in plain clothes, sitting down quite comfortably, curtly asked me "Can I help you?", but only after I had said the first "hello". Right there I was hoping this guy didn't work there. I politely said that I had just taken in interest in Archery and was shopping for a bow for my lady. All he had to add was "Yeah cool, let me know if you need something." What a gracious offer. Already disgruntled with Jo schmo I decided to check out what the shop had to offer that could make up for the poor welcome. After walking around for about 5min I spotted a Compound bow and quite obviously took interest. There wasn't a tag on the bow, a sign for the price or a single employee ready to answer any questions and I wasn't about to go to "Mr. happy walmart greeter" near the door. Quite frankly I was fed up with Riverside Archery in less then 15min. They had a wonderful selection, though poorly advertised, and I was quite excited to have a shop close by. Regardless, due to 4 employees walking right past me and not greeting me, or asking me if I had any questions on how best to give them my money I will not be going back to this place. I don't care much for the hype on their "Local business" status when they can't even service their locals with any sort of professionalism. Great way to treat a Veteran guys. Keep up the "good work" and maybe one day I'll just buy you out and run the shop with a wee bit more enthusiasm for the people willing to pay you for your precious time. I'll be shopping online from now seeing that the Customer Service is comparable, and informing my co workers and friends not to go here. read more

Went here with my wife to get a couple bows and gear, and we'd both never shot compound before going in. We both had a good idea what bows we wanted, and called ahead of time to see if they were in, and when we actually went in they had them..unlike some places that say they do and don't and try to sell you up. We went in there looking to buy more gear than we walked out with, and the guys said why buy something now that you'll use and abuse way before hunting season. Come back in later to get it after you're comfortable. They also didn't let us walk out with making sure we were sighted properly and had decent form. The next day we went down to a range and we were shooting tight groupings around the bullseye no problem. Bottom line: smart guys, no pushy sales bull$#&@, and we're glad we made the drive and will be back read more

I just moved up north from down south. I recently took my bow to cabalas to get some work done and get it tuned. After leaving there I went to the range and found myself feeling like something is definitely not right. So I decided to come into riverside archery to have my bow checked out and right away they could see that my sight was way off and my peep sight was as well. And my wrist sling was tangled and causing bow torque. They were really helpful with advising me of a different way to grip my bow and recommend a different anchor point. which also helped with bow torque and they dialed in my sights for me. I had previously picked up bad form and anchor point habits and when I left there I had looked solid and I fell in love with my new anchor point. The bow felt better at full draw and my groups were better than they ever have been. This is by far my best experience ever at a bow shop! read more

Riverside archery is easily the best archery store around this area. I did not buy my bow from them but i wish I did. They helped me out more then the shop that I bought it from. Jake was so helpful In helping me pick new arrows and paper tuned my bow all in one visit. These guys are the best! read more

After decades of big game hunting with a rifle, I finally decided to try my hand at bow hunting. I asked several bow hunting friends which archery shop they'd recommend for a complete newbie and they all said to go to Riverside - without question. They were right! Josh and the rest of the Riverside staff are all friendly, amazing, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They quickly helped get me up to speed, select and test shoot my first bow. They took the time & effort to guide me at their indoor range and I was accurately thumping targets right away. They built out my bow and a dozen arrows within an hour! It was one of the best buying experiences I've EVER had and their customer service is TOP NOTCH. So without question, go to Riverside! read more

I have frequented several archery shops in the Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties in the last 20 years. Riverside Archery, and the current owners, is by far the best customer service folks I've experienced. They are knowledgeable and always helpful. Got my bow tuned there a year or two ago and it never shot better. Today I was in there to get some work done and shoot at the range. They gladly stepped in and took care of a potential serious issue with my bow that was caused by nothing short of a bone-head move on my part. My husband and I went here for the first time and were extremely happy with the service we received. When we got there we were helped right away and they were able to get my bow all set up with the package I wanted while my husband was working with Jason to figure out which bow was best for him. They took the time to teach us proper technique and how to shoot! They even spent time adjusting our sites to make sure they were perfect for us. We were shooting from 20 yards in their in store range and feeling confident. The shop has everything you need, plus employees who are experts in the field that will help make your experience as good as ours was. Plus, they don't try and pressure you to buy something you won't need yet! They set you up with the essentials and let you know a good time to add in the extras. We will be going back for all of our hunting supplies. There are shops closer to us, but we will drive the extra 60 miles for quality products and service. read more
