No one visits a vet ER for fun but while my purpose in being at Pet Emergency Center was stressful,…read moremy experience there was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was kind, friendly, patient, and helpful. One thoughtful woman went out of her way to bring a bowl of water for my dog (who was not the animal needing care but could not be left at home alone). The doctor who saw my injured cat was generous with his time, answered my questions thoroughly, and had a good sense of humor. Staff members did their best to make sure I did not miss my return ferry and even gave helpful advice on where to find a decent latte at the crack of dawn. When it came time to pay I was expecting a bill in the mid four digits- after all, this is ER care at 3am on a weekend- but the total was shockingly low! I even asked if they had forgotten to add in his bag of meds! The fact that affordable, quality emergency care like this exists is deeply heartening. Winston's eye is, knock on wood, healing well and the care he received was top notch. Thank you so much, PEC team, for helping to make sure my chunky tabby doesn't turn into a pirate.

I took my dog here and she stayed for six days...she had diabetes from pancreatitis. All they did…read morewas hook her up to hydrate, seat her like a zombie, and try and keep her glucose under control. She did not eat the whole time because they refused to offer her what I told them she would eat. She starved and lost even more weight. When I got her home she could no longer walk and was pooping and peeing uncontrollably. They never addressed the pancreatitis nor did they tell me she had an ulcer in both eyes from everything going out of control. They sent her home in worse condition than what I sent her in with! I paid $7110 for them to neglect her. Send her home worse. And not address any problem she had. I just took her to another local vet (SMOKEY POINT ANIMAL HOSPITAL)when we got her home and he immediately started treating her for all her issues. Antibiotic drops for her eyes. Serum drops with her own blood were made to try and repair her eyes as much as possible, as it could be too late and she could be blind. He took a test to see how her overall glucose has been over the last two months and it showed severe pancreatitis. He gave her a ten day fierce antibiotic injection so she didn't have to take pills and irritate her stomach more. My registered companion dog that I have had for twelve years is still living and on her way to recovering with the care of this new doctor, and all for $500 and check ups every week for $50. Please do not take your dog to this place. They care nothing about fixing your dog. Only the money. And they call you every day and make you panic with a price. I am so dissatisfied with how insensitive some can be. I am in debt $7110 now for nothing that they did. Again. I do not recommend this place.

The absolute horror of the vet tech who answers the phone in the morning is horrible! She will talk…read moreover you, yell at you, hang up on you and then use the "I won't be talked to like this!" It's actually laughable how upset she gets when you are calling about your pet and it has nothing to do with her but she makes it about her! I was calling regarding my 18 year old dogs medication refill and was told numerous excuses why it's taken 7 days to even be reviewed. My pets have all suffered due to the new owners and the unneeded medications (what finally worked for my Doxie was a $30 amazon ear drops after $600 spent by Dr Wood ) it's all about prescriptions! If this vet tech is this awful to humans I think I would never ever trust her with my pets! Be wary The front desk gals are incredible and I will miss them! And Britin saved the day for my dog!!!

I had been avoiding taking my 90-lb German Shepherd, Charlie, to the vet due to a bad experience at…read morean overpriced clinic in Burlington (name withheld due to the poor review). Because of that, I was nervous about finding a new vet--especially since Charlie isn't exactly friendly with humans outside of his family. That changed when we visited Dr. Tonia and her team at Sedro-Woolley Veterinary Clinic. From the moment we arrived, they made both Charlie and me feel at ease. Dr. Tonia completed his check-up, provided flea medication, updated his shots, and even clipped his nails--all while showing complete confidence in her skills and her team's ability to handle him. Most importantly, there was no judgment or shaming toward either of us, just genuine care and professionalism. The cost was about half of what I had been quoted at the Burlington clinic that will remain nameless (if you live in the valley, you probably know which one I mean). I will absolutely be recommending Sedro-Woolley Veterinary Clinic to anyone in need of veterinary services. Thank you again, Dr. Tonia and staff--Charlie and I will definitely be returning, even if it's just for a nail trim!

Our beloved dog passed with private home euthanasia service by our veterinarian in February 2022... as 3 times before we contacted Until We Meet Again to arrange service for private cremation... but it was 1st time after company was sold to new owner in Surrey. This time UWME tried to charge us $1000 for private cremation of our beloved dog (35kg)... For this price you can cremate 500kg horse!!! I was in disbelieve and shock! how owners of this important service can be so heartless. I still can't believe in this, it took me over year to be able to write about what happened. Shame on you UntilWeMeetAgain owner - you prey on people in the most vulnerable and sensitive time, it just shows you are only about money, nothing else. We found a way to service our boy with dignity and for normal price.
