Debbie was very quick in responding to my email inquiry about appointments, and was able to squeeze me in with short notice. I am relatively new to massage, only having experienced it a few times before. Debbie made me feel incredibly at ease, and cultivated an atmosphere of trust. She was very soothing to talk to, both during the therapy, and in the office. As someone with a serious anxiety disorder, I have a very hard time relaxing and turning my racing thoughts off. Debbie was very skilled in releasing the tension from my muscles, and helping me to totally relax. In fact, I have not felt this relaxed in years! If I could afford to visit Prairie Creek weekly, I would do so wholeheartedly. I am hopeful that this can become a big part of my self-care for treating my anxiety, so I am going to try and make monthly visits work for my budget. I am glad to have found a very professional and competent therapist in Debbie, and would wholeheartedly recommend Prairie Creek.
