Now here I am, coming up on my 2 year anniversary of going 2x a week, sharing how wonderful Prana is and the positive impact it has had on my life. The great thing about Prana is the nice variety of teachers and classes. All the teachers support an encouraging and non-judgemental environment to make you feel welcome in the studio. They encourage you to take what you need everyday in class. So if you don't feel up to doing that 10th chaturanga during class, you won't feel pressured to do so. I started coming to Prana looking to get in shape and get a nice workout (which i do), but now I've learned through Prana, that it's much so more than that. My new understanding of yoga has helped me be more present with my family and deal with any stresses that come up in life. Leaving class on a Saturday morning feeling completely blissed out doesn't hurt either.

You know, that hardcore aerobic workout that serves as a stand alone in normal workout studios? That's child's play at V Fusion! This review might be coming off as negative, and I don't mean for it to be. Just know what you're getting into before you go. This will WORK you. I was warned I was going to be sore for a few days. I could feel it immediately after my workout, and after my yoga experience, I had a feeling as much. I worked out on Sunday. On Wednesday, I still couldn't put a coat on without a struggle.
