I mentioned to my server that the chicken was very dry and difficult to cut. I also mentioned that the swiss cheese was barely detectable. She apologized but didn't offer management intervention. By the end, I didn't want to struggle any longer in trying to cut the overcooked and dry chicken. When I asked for the check, I pointed out nicely that my dissatisfaction with parts of the meal should have been brought to the manager's attention. Rather than raise a conflict over the bill, I paid it but don't ever plan to return. I overheard someone at a booth across from mine also expressing dissatisfaction with what he'd ordered, though not sure if he was complaining within his circle or whether he actually told the server- not that it would have mattered. It appears that this restaurant has some training issues for its young and inexperienced staff members.
