Every time I called and got a hold of someone, I was told that "technicians" were disputing my claim? I SENT PHOTOS OF THE UNIT LEFT IN THE HALLWAY! As I write this, service is finally scheduled for tomorrow and they asked for a 10 hour arrival window! Crazy. These should be simple, in stock parts. The Plessers customer service department has no idea what is happening... as service is outsourced. They did tell me that if my plumber replaced the hose, it would breach the warranty. DO NOT BUY from Plessers. DO NOT BUY from Plessers!! The entire experience was horrible, they should have exchanged the dishwasher, taken it back, or mailed me the correct part. I encourage anyone buying appliances... ensure they have IN HOUSE service!! Go across the street to P.C. Richard's, as they have their own in house service department, Plessers does not have their own service department. I bought my kitchen appliances from Plessers and everything else from PC Richard's, it was a night and day better experience across the street! It might sound like it's not a big for them to outsource service, but it is. PC Richard's will price match anyone, and you can use their service department so they come out immediately.
